I had hernia surgery and then got pneumonia. Needless to say, I was afraid, hurt and had brain fog! Dr. Wallace put me totally at ease. Immediately, I started feeling better. She is smart, professional and listens to everything I say. I am healing fast and thank both DrWallace and her nurse Karen for their all out efforts to keep in touch with me during this critical time.

Dr. Wallace is very smart and friendly, however... I had a motor vehicle head injury in March of 2020, and immediately sought advice from her as she is my long-term PCP. She refused to even see me, because she "does not see motor vehicle injuries". I was extremely dependent upon her care and didn't have any other contacts to turn to. I was deliberately abandoned by her at the worst time possible and not provided with any meaningful direction for care. I had to turn to the ED as a result. This resulted in delay establishing medical care with a new PCP that led to difficulty in figuring out what was wrong with me. There are no medical issues related to her lack of care, but I believe you should be able to trust your DR. I cannot trust her anymore for anything serious. I would absolutely use her if you just need a flu shot, or a splinter removed. When things get rough, and you really need her, it is very possible that you will also be abandoned at your most vulnerable moment (as I was).

Dr. Wallace is simply the best! She listens carefully to patients and works as a partner with them in their own care. She is thorough without being alarmist. She has been right on with her diagnoses and treatment recommendations every time. I have been seeing her for years, and even after moving part time to another state, I still come back to her for my healthcare needs. I will continue to be her patient for as long as I possibly can - hope she never moves away or retires...

Dr. Wallace is professional, very educated and takes plenty of time with me whenever I go for an appointment. But, you have to schedule early because she's booked out for months. I highly recommend her.
