List of Homewatch Caregivers Of Boulder's Reviews
Homewatch Caregivers sent a caregiver to me that goes beyond her call of duty. She is passionate and does a thorough job of cleaning.
I have used several different caregiving agencies over the years for my elderly mother, and the management at Homewatch in Boulder was the most unprofessional that I have ever encountered. The operations manager whom we worked with, Seija Nelson, “fired” us one Friday via email but agreed to retain the scheduled shifts for the following week M-F. I immediately phoned her and left a voicemail and then emailed her back and implored her not to “fire” us without any conversation or warning, but she never responded until the following Monday. I had earlier complained to Seija about a couple of the caregivers for what I consider to be minor and workable infractions (e.g. being late; not showing up when it was snowing; not being able to carry the walker upstairs, etc.) but I never imagined that we would be “fired” by the agency for reaching out to management to request help in resolving caregiver lateness and no-show issues. It is the job of management to oversee and provide caregivers with constructive criticism—that’s what the administration is for and they failed miserably in that regard. I found Seija to be completely closed down to communication and unable (or perhaps unwilling?) to discuss options so we could continue our working relationship. I also spoke to the person whom I was told was the owner of the franchise (Art) and he was 100% uninterested in my feedback about management. He simply didn’t want to hear a single negative comment about the operations manager and said that she was an “excellent employee.” I have never been treated by any agency or company like this and am frankly shocked that Homewatch is able to continue working with the public despite such unprofessional and in my view erratic behavior. I will never recommend this caregiving agency to anyone even thought the individual caregivers were very decent and compassionate people who were kind and receptive to feedback.

I am one of the caregivers at Boulder, and also a full time student. Homewatch has been awesome to work with, and I am grateful for the opportunities they have given me. They have fully supported my in my academic endeavors. The office has been great with scheduling around my school schedule, and I was very fortunate to win a $5000 dollar scholarship from their company to help financially support my education. I would highly recommend working here!
My wife has had care with homewatch caregivers for the last few years and it’s been great!Their caregivers are patient, dependable, and consistent. I appreciate homewatch being flexible with schedule changes.

I had care for my wife prior to her passing then I resumed care for myself. My caregiver is reliable, dependable and easy to get along with. She keeps my home clean and provides great company. I've had nothing but a good experience and would recommend them.
Homewatch is a life saver. We have a VERY difficult child and Homewatch CareGivers of Boulder is great with him! Further, when I get home my kitchen is clean!
My experience will HomeWatch has been over the last three years and we could not be more pleased. The entire team helped me care for my husband before he passed away and then continued to care for me. Every caregiver came in my home with enthusiasm, compassion and willing to help with whatever I needed. The office team continually communicated scheduling and caregiver questions and needs with me. I am so grateful for each member of their team and highly recommend them.
I'd give zero starsif I could. Total waste of my time. Came out to do evaluation, made me sign paper work, then proceeded to email me next business day to tell me that they had no one working for them who could meet my needs, so I should look elsewhere. Really? You are an agency. Isn't the whole point that you should find someone to work if you don't have someone available? Otherwise, couldn't I just find someone myself at a fraction of the price? And, when I tried to reply to the email and ask that you destroy my protected paperwork that I signed, it gave me a bounce back, saying I had no authority to send email to this address! Most unprofessional organization I have seen - maybe ever.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
