I typically go to another center and was once again rescheduled but thankfully I was The staff at the Boulder location was AMAZING They were super sweet and helpful. I’ve decided to continue going to this clinic even if it means a few more miles to travel

I hate to leave bad reviews and I would never do this if the situation wasn’t so extreme. I paid over $4200 for 10 cycles of cool sculpting…that’s right 10 cycles I’m their “ideal candidate” at a healthy weight my whole life no saggy skin didn’t gain a single pound and not only lost less than an inch total but have bumps and indents all over the treated area. The ladies at the Boulder location that treated me were kind amazing and professional This is clearly an issue with corporate and trying to cover up issues. Calls haven’t be returned they send me to different nurses hoping to get a different answers about my treatment results so they don’t have to refund any money. It’s a sad situation really. I was hoping to resolve this quickly and move on. I was told 6 sessions was what I needed and ended up buying 4 more trying to get results. I feel like this is honestly a con job and I’m leaving this review in the hopes it stops others from making the same mistake. They actually said “we never guaranteed any results” and now I’m worse than when I started. 😭😭
