My visit with Dr. Igolnikov was for the purpose of performing an EMG on both of my arms and hands. He was thorough and explained each step of the process as he went along. The test took longer than expected but he never acted rushed or impatient. I was impressed by Dr. I's professionalism and knowledge.

For years I have had to get medical help for back, neck, entire spine. Dr I was a very refreshing difference in his field, he is caring, compassionate and ready to help.

Dr. Igolnikov really listened to my concerns and was very respectful. His treatment plan and additional tests were very appropriate to correctly diagnose my injury. I feel confident that I will completely recover with his guidance.

Initial consultation. Referral for PT and assistive device for chronic neck strain due to some arthritis/bone spurs. No referral for PT for back pain but assurance, re:x-rays and questions, of absence of any nerve damage. Likelihood of eventual muscular back recovery. PT for neck consultation scheduled, 1 month followup w Dr. scheduled.

Short waiting time with kind casheers and assistants. Dr. Igolnikov was knowledgeable but impatient, disinterested in other specialists' previous treatment plans / diagnoses, and came to novel conclusions about my back pain despite only performing an extremely limited physical evaluation.

Just had my first appointment with Dr Igolnikov. I found him empathetic patient and took the time to answer all my questions. An MRI was ordered and awaiting to discuss a treatment plan. As an RN I was pleased with his demeanor and expertise.
