Katharine is knowledgeable, attentive, and engaged with her clients. Over the years, I have done a lot of research on my medical conditions. I feel like I have insights that are important. Other health care providers were dismissive when I’d bring up research I’d come across. Katharine was the complete opposite. She took my insights seriously, she thoughtfully responded, and she said she’d continue to look into the research. She definitely keeps on top of new data and information, which is very reassuring.

I am on my third week after taking the step with Katharine. She is so patient, knowledgeable, and takes the time to listen and respond to all of my questions. I researched and read about many other companies and pharmacies before I decided to choose the New Day Weight Loss. My only regret is not doing it sooner. I feel great and have already lost 6 pounds. I am incredibly impressed with the level of care I received at New Day Weight Loss From the moment I had my appointment virtually with Katharine. She was incredibly patient and explained everything clearly, took the time to listen to all my concerns and weight struggles as well as setting a plan that worked best for my needs. I started with the program at 200lbs and as of today sitting at 165lb of course this took some deep dedication from me as well in changing my eating habits and staying active. End of day I am so happy with my results. I highly recommend new day weight loss to anyone seeking high-quality care.
