The Red Light, Compression and Cryogenic Services are Amazing! Everyone who works there seems delighted to be there and makes it so easy to enjoy! The space is bright and welcoming and you leave feeling amazing! Highly recommend!

I first met Kaitlyn during a student event, and she was so kind and attentive that I decided to come back later for a different service and I’m so glad I did! She’s incredibly professional, friendly, and detail-oriented. Kaitlyn made the whole experience comfortable and personal, even took the time to snap a cute picture of my dog! You can tell she genuinely cares about her clients. Highly recommend her to anyone looking for great service with a personal touch!

We had an awesome experience tonight for our Client Appreciation Event. We had 20+ students from our gym attend and try out different services (red light therapy, cryo, and the compression). The team at Restore was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I’ll definitely be back and hope for our martial arts athletes make this type of recovery just as important as their training.

Absolute Chaos – Save Yourself the Time and Go Elsewhere! If I could give zero stars, I would. My visit to Restore Hyper Wellness in Boulder yesterday was hands down the most disorganized, unprofessional, and frustrating “service” experience I have had in years. I arrived for a pre-booked immunity injection appointment. No one was at the front desk. After waiting, someone who looked like they had just rolled out of bed (and certainly did not appear to work there) asked what I was there for, then vaguely told me to “go on back.” Unsure where “back” was, I wandered into a room where a nurse, who was pleasant but clearly confused, tried to log into her iPad only to admit she had forgotten her password. She sent me back to the front desk. Up front, there were now three people, including “pajama girl,” clustered around another unhappy customer. I waited, ignored, until I asked a third employee (who said it was only her third day) if I needed to fill something out. She stared blankly, offered no direction, and I stood there another 10 minutes without acknowledgment. When the first two finally turned to me, it became clear that neither critical thinking nor basic computer skills were in anyone’s wheelhouse. They fumbled helplessly in the system trying to check me in. After nearly 30 minutes, I suggested we start over from scratch, which seemed like an alien concept. At the 45 minute mark, without having received a single service, I walked out. The silver lining is that I went to Alive & Well instead, booked online, and was in and out with my injection in under 10 minutes. The difference in professionalism was night and day. If you value your time, sanity, and basic customer service, skip Restore entirely. Go to Alive & Well and save yourself the headache.

Amazing people, service, and recovery options! Everyone is very friendly and helpful during each visit! I would highly recommend trying it out, you wont be disappointed!

Can't say enough-this place rocks! Thanks again for the great customer service while my wife and I were in town for Ironman Boulder 70.3. The cryo and compression therapy sessions helped leading up to the race and with recovery afterwards. The staff's attention to detail was second to none. Kudos!

LOVE RESTORE LOVE THIS LOCATION! Boulder and Erie are definitely the best Restores EVER! Chris is very welcoming and kind!!! The nurse Nicole is too good with a needle, did not feel a thing. Seriously here and Erie have some of the best staff they are so good at what they do! Makes it easy to keep up with treatments when it really feels like such a treat!!!

Boulder and Erie are definitely the best Restore locations ever. So easy to get everything you need at one place, red light, cryo, IM shots, facials!!! literally everything!!

Such an amazing hydrafacial with Morgan! The results were so dramatic that my facial recognition on my phone did not work! I loved my experience.

Highly recommend! The staff and owner are all amazing and knowledgeable and truly want to help you feel your best. I’ve only been going for a week now and already feel better. Thank you so much!
