I have been going to BMC for a long time and things have changed. The staff used to be helpful and friendly. Now they just manage the egos of Dr Robyn Nordstrom Lane, who should just retire, and the other docs. They change appointments and then push out simple well visits for months. Why bother practicing medicne when you have no interest in seeing patients. Thank god I did not have anything seriously wrong with me. Would not hire Dr. Robyn Nordstrom Lane to rake my leaves. She would never show up.

I see her once a year, cannot describe how lucky I am knowing that Dr Nordstrum is my Doctor. Someone who is empathetic, caring, takes her time with you, amazing listener, really cares for your well being. The whole staff in the office is amazing, warm and welcoming!!! Thank you Dr. Nordstrum for all that you do.

Both my teenage daughters see Dr. Nordstrom Lane as their primary care provider. She puts them at ease, helps them feel OK talking about icky or uncomfortable subjects, and seems genuinely interested in what they say. She also thinks creatively about what might be causing a problem and how to address it.

I called and tried to come in because I had been in a car accident the night prior and they said they wont be able to take on a new patient. They didn’t give any other suggestions.

Dr. Lane is fantastic. She always replies promptly and throughly to any question I have about my health though the online patient portal. In person she has a reassuring manner and really cares about addressing concerns and making referrals to specialists. I feel lucky to have her as my GP.

Patients love her listening skills, her genuine care for their optimal well being and being educated on many therapies and medical interventions to help all possible conditions heal as fast and thoroughly as possible. She is always present and thinking which is what everyone wants in their family practitioner!

She refused to sign the document for a handicapped placard for my disabled son (who is in treatment at Denver Children’s Hospital) because she “doesn’t believe in it” and “hasn’t known us long enough”. His diagnoses is one of the stated conditions on the form for which it is officially authorized. Letting her personal beliefs (that people abuse the system) get in the way of helping suffering patients in need is beyond reproach. (Rheumatologist at DCH signed without blinking, of course)
