I absolutely adore Dr. Shawn Denham. I've worked with her for years. I've had a lifetime of ear infections / Eustachian tube dysfunction leading to ear ventilation tubes. As I've aged the tubes have become less effective but have left my ear drums with permanent holes. Ventilation holes prevent infection but unfortunately have left me with hearing loss. Enter Dr. Denham. I'm still a relatively young and active person and I kind of like being able to hear. As a woman with hearing loss herself she understands, she's patient and kind and she enunciates and never assumes that I heard something said out of my range! She has helped find the perfect hearing aides for me. What a game changer it was to be able to participate in conversations again, and to actually hear the punchline of the joke. Every time I need little adjustments she knows exactly what to do. This woman has given me back a part of my life and I'm very grateful to her.

A total waste of time! I saw her at Boulder Community Health. She also works out of Boulder Medical Center. If one goes into the BCH portal she is NOT listed so one cannot contact her. On her website I clicked on the BMC portal and she is NOT listed there either. I could not find an email address on her website and I am not prepared to be passed off by an assistant. Not having had a hearing test before I cannot say whether or not she is competent, but since I'm still having hearing problems and she said I didn't need any form of hearing aid I have my doubts as to her ability. Shawn Denham said she would send a written explanation of the results of the hearing test. That was mid-November 2020, 2 months ago and I still wait to learn the results. Don't waste your time - find another audiologist.
