Strock Medical Group- Psychiatry And Wellness's Online Review Report Card

My experience with Strock psychiatry was horrible. My anxiety was through the roof due to the medication I was put on. Fortunately for me I moved back east. The psychiatrist that I am currently seeing explained to me why I should never have been on the medication that I was on and how it would only make things much worse, it did.

$75 late fee is wild

I read all of the reviews for this place before my initial appointment and my personal experience seems to be very different than what the negative reviews have described. After requesting a call to begin my intake, they got back to me on the next business day and were very friendly and helpful. They were able to schedule my first appointment one week out which is incredible these days. They told me everything that I needed to know and everything that I needed to complete before my initial appointment and they were very clear about everything. After being seen for the first time I do feel like my appointment with my provider was very thorough and productive and I'm happy to be a new patient here. Thank you.

I just have to brag about Nicole Humphrey. She is my psychiatrist and she has helped me work through getting me the help I needed. I would have not been successful in my mental health journey without her. She is always readily available for me and just a joy to always see in our appointments. I just love her and would recommend her in a heartbeat.

Both of my children are seen at this office. Everyone is exceptional at making the entire process smooth. Ms. Angela Dawkins is so supportive and patient. Understands my perspective as a concerned parent and takes the time to make sure that we all understand. It takes a village to raise kids; I'm glad I have one!

I've been a patient of Audrey's for almost 4 years now and I can honestly say she and her team deliver some of the most thoughtful and intentional care I have experienced from medical professionals. Audrey genuinely cares about her patients and goes the extra mile to work with you and make sure you receive the treatment you need. They also have in-house therapists which makes the process of aligning therapy and medication management easy to manage. Don't know what I'd do without her!
