List of Stuart Weisman's Reviews
I have been treated by him for over 15 years and found him to be the consummate professional in terms of professional knowledge, skills and experience. His interactions with me have consistently evidenced that he truly cares about connecting on a human level with his patients, if for no other reason than he knows that will help him to a better understanding of his patient, the issues presented and the most likely approach to lessening the pain, etc. Frankly, I believe it's also because he's just a great guy!
Dr Weisman has been taking care of us for many years. He is knowledgeable, caring and kind. His approach is low key and his care is top notch. He stays up to date on the latest healthcare issues, technology and information. We highly recommend and appreciate him.
I've been a patient of Dr Wiseman for over 10 years (for gout initially) and haven't been anything but impressed with his level of care and interest in my well-being. He spends ample time during our appointments and has good advice for any health concern even beyond rheumatology, similar to a primary care physician. Convenient location allowing for easy referrals to blood work (downstairs) or other practitioners in the building.
For 8 years I was created for Rheumatoid Arthritis. No testing other than a positive ANA. In pain all 8 years. No deformity in my hands, no swelling, no pain in them. But chronic pain in my hips, back, shoulder and neck. My Rheumatologist retired and I switched to Dr. Wiseman. He did the most through exam I have ever had. Ordered X-rays and multiple labs. Checked all my joints and asked lots of questions. Turns out I do not and have never had RA. 8 years of potentially harmful drugs and no relief. Dr Wiseman took me off all my prior drug. There was no change in my pain level. Diagnosed me with Fibromyalgia and started me on Cymbalta. Almost instant relief. I feel better than I have in years. If you are looking for a doctor who looks at the whole picture and doesn’t blindly follow someone else’s diagnosis, Dr Wiseman is for you. I am pretty new to the practice but am so grateful to have my care in his hands!
Dr. Weisman is the one of the very best Rheumatologist I have ever seen. He is compassionate, he listens and he took enough time for facts to be understood in context. When I left I felt he was sincerely doing what he could to figure out how to help with this Chronic Pain I have suffered from for 15 years. THANK YOU!
Dr. Weisman is knowledgeable, patient, inclusive, communicative and caring. He takes the time to understand the issues and thoughtfully addresses the issue as well as the patient as a whole. I feel very confident that I am getting effective care and appreciate the time he takes to explain whatever I need explained. I also like how he looks at the big picture of my health and takes it all into consideration. Pretty great doctor.
Do yourself a favor and find another doctor! I saw Dr Young until he retired and Weisman took over. I came in almost weekly with swollen joints and blue & purple fingers. I was getting worse daily and he wouldn’t listen. The pain was getting worse too! Yet Dr Weisman treated me like a hypochondriac. Yet my body had physical symptoms! It got so bad I couldn’t even walk. My dad drove me to his office to have him admit me to the hospital. Dr Weisman tried to tell me to come back the next day. He was to busy. My dad thankfully said NO! I went to Boulder Community Hospital and they found a big blood clot to my lung. Pulmonary embolism! They said I would have died if I had waited a day like Weisman wanted. He never came to the hospital to see me. He sent another doctor but he never came in the room. End result: I have polymyositis, many diseases!!! Lupus, Addisons to name a few , and because Dr Weisman didn’t treat me I now have Interstitial lung disease. I was only 45 when this happened. With all my physical symptoms he should have known there was a problem. It was Dr Laughlin in Longmont who saved my life. She’s wonderful. NJH is also wonderful. Ive seen lots of doctors over the years. No one as bad and uncaring as Dr Weisman!!! You might die in his care like I almost did.
I was trying to get an appointment with Dr. Weisman, whom I saw several years ago. Now, the system of phones, calls, transfers and unavailable doctors make it impossible to get an appointment, or even feel as though there is a working, or caring Med Center there at Broadway. This is a repeatedly difficult experience, and I've gone to the clinic for 30 years.
Dr. Wiesman was a great listener, and he didn’t dismiss my health concerns. I would recommend him to anyone who’s tired of doctors who don’t pay attention or are unwilling to understand your health problems.
Dr. Weismann is a incredible doctor. I feel so fortunate to be a patient of his. He always listens he truly cares about his patients.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
