Kaiser has always provided excellent care, on-going communication, including reminders. My questions are throughly answered & they even have online medical resources. They have easy phone/text check in procedures for a no contact process or kiosks or stand in line. Your vitals, past visits & visit summary, prescriptions, bills are always easily accessible online. Refillable prescriptions on-line are available for reorder, reminders, easy pay online, plus free mailing(within your state). Appt. can be made online, as well or speak to a nurse first @no charge. They have an option to look up your associated costs based on your plan, so you know ahead of time.I have been with Kaiser for over 35 years in Colorado and Hawaii.....You will Thrive with them.

I love being a patient with Kaiser Permenente. Having all the doctors I currently need in my life all in one place is a dream come true. My Primary Care doctor is like my referee andor quarterback when it comes to guiding me to the proper specialist at the time of each new problem.

Lori Demoy is incredible. Very good at what she does and I felt like she accomplished more in 1 visit then I feel Ive had in a few combined visits before. If youre a Kaiser member and are in Brighton go see Lori

Total lack of knowledge and support. If you need care go somewhere else because you will be billed for things you don’t actually get and services never performed. I won’t be back. Get new insurance and new doctors.
