Worst treatment ever! My mom went in to get an injection in her shoulder had a reaction to the injection and all they did was stare at her and did nothing! Couldn't even give her oxygen with her not being able to breathe, she was shaking like crazy and no one did anything! If I could give 0 stars I would honestly it would be -5!

Always friendly and I've been pretty lucky because I always get the appointment time I need

From the front desk .. through my visit to the exit .. ty for being on point and actually going the distance getting my mammogram done for me within a 40 minute visit.. I thank you..

Warning, do not use this imaging center unless you want to pay for everything out of pocket. Horrible billing department. We received our first bill and noticed they did not bill my Husband’s secondary insurance so we called and they said they would take care of it. We received yet another bill and once again, they had not billed our secondary insurance so we called again and then called my Husband’s secondary insurance which happens to be through his tribe. We spoke to the tribal member in charge of the insurance and she told us they had not billed or contacted them at all and then she contacted the office directly. A month goes by and we receive yet another bill from Spectrum that they had not billed our secondary insurance for. We called and they said they spoke to the gal from the tribal insurance and they would get it billed. Two months later we received a notice from a collection agency that spectrum sold to them. There is absolutely no reason we should have been sent to collections. Their billing department is either 1. Incompetent 2. Absolutely Lazy or 3. Scam Artists. I know 100% our secondary insurance would cover the cost as we didn’t pay a dime out of pocket for an emergency surgery through the hospital for this same medical issue. I am absolutely appalled at this company and the way they take advantage of people. Will be disputing the collection and reporting them to the better business bureau unless they handle this immediately.**Reply to Owner**I called yesterday and your receptionist told me that your Office Administrator was in meetings all week. Haha what a joke. Called our insurance and when they contacted your billing department, they were told our secondary insurance company wasn’t in their system then continued to tell the insurance rep that since it wasn’t in their system, we would just have to pay it out of pocket. Absolutely unacceptable and that’s exactly what the insurance rep told your billing rep. She then spoke to a Manager and was told they could add our company into their system. I also spoke to your billing department (after the hung up on my Husband when he asked for a Supervisor) and they told me it would be taken out of collections as it never should have been sent there in the first place and it would finally be billed properly. If this is what your patients have to go through to get their insurance billed, you really need to re-evaluate the billing department you work with and maybe tell your staff not to lie about the availability of your Office Administration. You truly should be embarrassed by the atrocious lack of professionalism your staffed as presented.

My appointment was great! The ladies were sweet and my rad tech was great. A wonderful and clean facility. This is where the stars are coming from.The billing though.. I booked my MRI since they told me insurance would waive my deductible. Okay.4 months later I got a bill from them and have been fighting their billing department and my insurance for well over six months because of this. Then sent me to collections, even after a rep from my insurance called them. I am very disappointed with their billing as my rep from insurance reached out to them several times to hold my account and they didn't. I hope this is finally resolved between their billing and my insurance. If it wasn't due to this major hiccup, they would get 5 stars.

Every time I come here everyone is really kind and helpful. I had an allergic reaction and they were wonderful about making sure I was ok and monitored me until I was feeling better. The technicians are so wonderful. I feel like I'm well taken care of here.

The staff here is wonderful! I was in and out in 20 minutes!
