I went in to see doctor Haffner. Everyone was so kind. I locked my keys in my car and my phone battery had died. The people in the gift shop charged my phone for me while I went to my doctor's appointment. That was so kind. I didn't know what I was gonna do to call roadside help service. But they help me extremely. Doctor Haffner Was very professional and very helpful and it's going to do my surgery tomorrow.❤😊

By far the worst hospital this is the second time I show up for an emergency and can’t even make it to a room and end up leaving without seeing a doctor with that being said if you’re trying to get to a room call 911 to get an ambulance to take you directly to a doctor! Never going back to this place it’s ridiculous no emergency place whatsoever

Prior to Platte Valley being taken over by SCL Health, I actually had a medical directive to not treat me at Platte Valley as their service had been terrible. Since SCL (and now Intermountain Healthcare) became involved with the hospital and clinic operations, they have been elevated straight to the top. The services rendered at Platte Valley Medical Center are comparable to the best I've ever seen anywhere in the country. It appears that there has been a lot of effort to train the staff with excellent customer/patient service values. The facilities and equipment seem to have also been upgraded to the best possible for this type/size of medical campus. Big thanks to all who helped make that happen.

I was here because I was going to kill myself. I was put on suicide watch for 17 hours. I was extremely depressed and had no interest in talking, but apparently the nurses thought I was going to be talkative the whole time. not to mention that they lost my blood work which they had labeled with my name on it . the only person I wanted to or was willing to talk to was the therapist that treated me. the doctor was great. but the fact that I had a nurse come up to me and ask if I've always been depressed really just annoyed me and the fact that the lady who was watching me has the audacity to tell the doctor "he hasn't said anything since he's been here". Do your research on depression and how people act before asking dumb questions.

I waited for 3hrs just to get taken back to a room, me and my husband seen people walk in and go straight to a room to get treatment, my husband asked the white male, why are people going back before us, we been waiting for 3hrs, the guy said to my husband, people with more serious help come first, I was in a lot of pain, dizziness, vomiting. My supervisor brought me to the hospital and waited for my husband to arrive, I felt racial discrimination buy the guy, others who was waiting noticed it as well. My husband spoken up several times but was given excuses, I'm not happy about my experience

I had to have a stress test done. Joe met me at the desk and took me back! The 3 individuals who cared for me that day were the absolute best team I have ever encountered!!!! They were caring, friendly, thoughtful, knowledgeable, compassionate, fun!!!

My mom (age 76) had knee surgery here on 4/3/2023. She stayed overnight for one night following the surgery. Everyone she interacted with was friendly and caring. They made her feel like they really cared for her well being. They assessed and managed her pain. The room was comfortable. The couch converted into a small bed that I used to stay the night with her. Thank you.
