On behalf of Lumicare Hospice, we are extremely great full your assistance! Riverdale took a huge leap in supporting some of theMarshall Fire Residents who resided at The Peaks of Old Laramie trail. Several residents were evacuated to Ft. Collins and had trouble getting transportation back home. One phone call to Carly Bader, and the communities were connected - Riverdale provided the transportation for these residents to get home . It is amazing to be part of the several communities who not only serve themselves, but so many others! The leadership at Riverdale is exceptional, passionate and helpful- they define true teamwork in the community! My hat is off to you Riverdale team!

My brother called me about our MOM. I call the hospital and they told me more information than what this facility did. Our mother returned to that place possibly hospice would come through soon. 4 days late mom died. We didnt find out until that night she died at 8:45a.m.

Absolute trash facility and even WORSE management. This company doesn't care for its employees, and BARELY cares for its residents. Avoid this place like THE PLAGUE.

Staff take great care of my Mom. She is in a safe place and they meet her needs by offering a variety of ways to keep us in contact her and provide her with opportunities to stimulate her memory. Our family appreciates all they do for our mom and us as she begins a new season in her life.

Welcoming, all staff seemed knowledgeable and kind, was able to visit with my brother while he is being quarantine had to talk on phone which was fine.

This company is absolute trash. From the “care” they provide, to how the CNAs and nurses are treated, this is the worst company I’ve ever had the displeasure of dealing with. On top of the poor treatment of residents and employees, there is an anti-mask sentiment among some employees (male) who are willing to expose your loved ones. If I never have to deliver here again, it would be too soon.

This place is horrible. When you walk into this facility it smells its hotter inside the building than it is outside! And the flys are terrible. All management does there is smoke all day instead of helping their coworkers. I seen they treat the staff there like trash unless your managment. I will never bring my family member here to live I will look else where. If it was up to me I wouldn't give this place any stars!
