The staff did an excellent job of treating my severe pain in my neck. It is a chronic condition I have and it flares up from time to time. I would recommend this clinic to anyone. We are vacationing here so we are out of our normal network.

After waiting for 45 minutes WITH an appointment, my provider walked in extremely out of breath. She apologized for the wait but didn’t even introduce herself. She immediately started saying that there wasn’t much that they could do for me and that I needed to go see my PCP. She didn’t even spend 5 minutes with me nor did she ask me any questions about my symptoms. Then she started to imply that the severe head and neck pain that I was experiencing was because I had “a lot of hair” and that I had “poor posture.” I went to Advanced Urgent Care because I needed help and instead I was completely brushed off. I work in the medical field, I understand that things happen which lead to running behind, but this is completely unacceptable. I would never treat one of my patients this way. Very disappointed.

The Broomfield facilities staff is always so friendly, knowledgeable and caring we wish they were primary care givers! If you need urgent care in the area this is THE place to go!

The regular urgent care I go to was about to close so I tried this place. I am so glad I did! I was seen quickly and everyone was so nice. I was diagnosed quickly and had a prescription sent to my pharmacy right away. This may be the new go to for urgent care needs.
