List of Advanced Urgent Care & Occupational Medicine's Reviews
I had a fantastic experience at Advanced Urgent Care today. Beautifully clean & spacious lobby, immediate check-in, and I was able to complete my forms online using my phone. The MA Izzy Premavara was friendly and professional; the PA Alice Tibbetts listened, showed compassion & concern & and gave me a manageable plan of care. And the xray tech Alex Foote was efficient and kind performing his duties. All around an impressive presentation when I wasn't feeling well.
Hands down the best urgent care experience I've had. Alice Tibbetts is the best PA-C/urgent care provider I've seen. She had a phenomenal bedside manner, was very knowledgeable, and was very attentive to my symptoms and conditions. I greatly appreciate her excellent work and care. Izzy, the front desk MA was also excellent and did a great job checking me in and taking my history and vital signs. Thank you to the whole staff for excellent care on a Thursday evening right before close
A routine lab that would have cost me $10.00 at any other facility left me with a $900.00 bill. I contacted the regional manager directly. She along with two other corporate employees admitted that other customers have been the victim of their billing errors as well. They filed an appeal with my insurance company but were unable to correct their mistake forcing me to pay the bill in order to avoid collections. Another family member used this practice, specifically the Broomfield clinic and had a similar experience. Take my advice and avoid this organization. An ER copay is much more affordable.
Do not get a covid test from them! We bought two for traveling to Europe for $250. They failed to send a proper detailed test result despite our request. Their "Patient portal" with the tests results is not accessible from Europe neither. As a consequence, the airline rejected our tests and we had to take two rapid ones at the airport for 340 euros.... Their lack of professionalism costed us $500...I called to complain and they basically told me it was my fault and they denied that their Portal is not accessible from overseas.... They told me a manager would call back but nobody did. Big big scam!!! They just want your money.
Erick was so very helpful! Informative and understanding. Love their technology their portal and they have a fantastic lobby, easy to check in online or via text ! Fantastic communication through SMS. Also The Covid concerns they make it super easy to get tested or be met with in your individual car to minimize exposure to anyone else! Highly recommend this facility
Eric was so amazing and very helpful with paperwork issues for the Bahamas.
I used this Urgent Care Center for a telehealth referral for a Covid test. Not only was the call about 20 minutes late, it also lasted roughly 3 minutes. 6 months later, I get a bill for nearly $300 (half of which said was billed to my insurance company). I checked my insurance online portal and there is no record of this claim, seems like a scam or incorrect processing on behalf of the Urgent Care center. Essentially they're charging $100/minute for the call.
Got to parking lot for rapid Covid text at 5:35 for our 5:40 appointment. Followed text instructions to check in for our appointment. Waited 20 minutes and not a single person came over to us to. Called 2 different numbers and was told we’d be “helped momentarily”. Waited another 35 minutes for a rude gentleman (Alex) to finally come out and start our scheduled appointment. This appointment that should have taken less than 5 minutes too AN HOUR! Unacceptable.
Exceptionally frustrating to try to make an appointment. There seems no way to speak to a real person. made an appointment online and after numerous emails and text messages from Advanced Urgent Care no one showed up for my telehealth appointment. When I called the provider back who had left a message about not seeing me on her end of the appointment I get a voice message saying they are closed at 1:30 in the afternoon. UGH!
Clara, Mitch and Katie at advanced urgent care could not have been more helpful. They helped me out of a crazy travel dilemma and were extremely nice and willing to work with me. If I could give a 6th star I would!!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
