These people are on top of their job. From checking in to getting the appt started and scheduling other follow up appts, they make the process easy. The physical therapist prints out pics that she takes during the appt of my child actually doing the exercises so we don't forget what needs to be worked on that particular week. Overall, very happy with the experience.
