Dr. Archibald is the best. My experience with him and his staff was incredible from start to follow-ups. He is friendly, unassuming and attentive. Responses to question were prompt and thorough. I couldn't be more happy with the entire process of my face lift, especially the results. Everyone in the practice is professional and kind. I highly recommend him.

Dr. David Archibald at the Center for Plastic Surgery at Castle Rock performed a series of reconstructive surgeries on my nose this year after I had a basal cell carcinoma removed. He did a phenomenal job. He is very talented and is also a very nice man. He has great bedside manner, and he explained in detail everything that was going to happen beforehand. He was also very patient with me as I asked numerous questions during every appointment. He was happy to go into as much detail as I wanted. In addition to Dr. Archibald being a great surgeon and a nice guy, his office and the staff are absolutely wonderful. I’ve never said this about any doctor office before, but it was actually a pleasure going to his office because everyone there was so nice and friendly. This is without a doubt the best experience I’ve ever had with a doctor and their office. I highly recommend Dr. Archibald if you need reconstructive surgery, and I continue to recommend him to folks.

I took my time researching surgeons for my full face/neck lift and felt confident Dr. Archibald was "the one". And boy was I right. At 70, I now have a defined, chin and neck line, my face looks refreshed and not pulled. Barely 4 months out, my suture lines are almost not visible. The right choice!

Dr. Archibald has successfully performed 2 different nose surgeries on me. I'm very happy with both procedures. He explained the procedures and told me what to expect. The surgery follow-up was excellent. I also appreciate the professionalism of his staff. Several days after my last procedure, I started bleeding and called Dr. Archibald first thing in the morning. Although he was in the operating room he took my call. I followed his instructions and all went well. I didn't need to see him again until time to have some stitches taken out. I would gladly recommend Dr. Archibald and his practice. My second procedure was very radical (google "forehead flap surgery") for an idea of what I had done.

In preparation for my daughter's wedding, I was interested in improving my appearance with lower blepharoplasty surgery. Dr. Archibald was highly recommended to me. With less than three months until the wedding date, Dr. Archibald made special scheduling arrangements in order to allow time for proper healing. He performed a brow lift, upper and lower blepharoplasty and CO2 laser skin resurfacing. I am thrilled with the results. The look is natural reversing years from my appearance. Dr. Archibald’s skill exceeded expectation. He, his staff, and the Castle Rock hospital staff provided a premium care experience.

I was referred to Dr. Archibald by a dear friend. I originally thought I needed an upper blepharoplasty (eyelid surgery), but after my consult with Dr. Archibald, it was explained that I actually needed a brow lift. Dr. Archibald & his staff are absolutely incredible! I could tell immediately that Dr. Archibald cares for each one of his patients. He's meticulous about his work and extremely professional. He was never in a hurry and took the time to get to know me. The entire experience from start to finish was very positive. Even the Castle Rock Hospital staff raved about Dr. Archibald during pre & post op. I’m so happy with the results of the surgery and will most definitely go back to Dr. Archibald in the future if needed, as he is truly a master in his field.

I am so grateful that I found Dr. Archibald and his wonderful staff. My first experience with them was the consultation on having a neck lift … After hearing the explanation of the different options, he suggested that the lower facelift was actually what I was looking for. He was exactly right … Now I have one beautiful chin instead of 3. I could not be happier with the results. Because that first procedure was so successful I asked about having a Lobectomy (my earlobes shortened) …. So 10 months after my lower lift,, I had my lobectomy and OH MY SOUL! it has made even more of an impact on my great looking neck/chin! I cannot say enough incredible things about Dr. Archibald and his staff. They literally feel like family to me! And the results have been remarkable. Thank you for making me feel so great about myself! Y’all are awesome!!!!

Dr. Archibald is amazing. Without asking, several hospital staff members told me how they loved working with Dr. Archibald. That says a lot. And - Each member of his staff are welcoming and kind.

I knew I needed surgery to improve my nasal breathing, but never took the step forward until I met Dr Archibald. He was the first surgeon I met who explained my options in a clear and understandable way, and was honest about the potential limitations around the outcome (in general, turbinate reductions don't always produce a significant improvement in airway opening because of other factors involved). Importantly, he was willing to perform the minor procedure vs. bundling it with a more significant surgery, which other doctors had encouraged. Dr. Archibald really is as special as everyone says. This was my first surgery, and his bedside manner and gentle spirit made it all very easy. He's also an undeniably talented surgeon! Although the procedure had its limitations, he was able to reduce my turbinates in a very significant way, and I can now breath through my nose comfortably. I'm so happy! I should add the entire staff is professional and lovely, the office is beautiful, the whole experience was just great.
