Good people work here. Only major concern is lag in getting needed refills ordered. Multiple times we have been out for days

Absolute garbage. I can't even remember the last time we good experience dealing with these people. Sad thing is I can't tell which is worse, them or crisis. My wife has a lot of ment health problems and they definately have a lack of care. She has been a patient there for 6 or 7 years. Her therapist left June and they are just now (3 months later) setting her up with someone else. 3 months without appointments when she used to have one every week sometimes twice a week. Rediculous!When he did leave, she was not told about his leaving until two weeks after he left. She tried logging on for two week to get on for appointment and he wasn't there. Not to say it's his fault, but solvista should have notified her weeks ago.

I went in 7/6/21 for an intake visit after waiting a month and a half to get an appointment. the first time I went in was I was in a crisis and I told Nikki Puente I did not want a male therapist. So I'm being called back for my appointment this morning and what steps out the door but a male therapist. thanks a lot Sol Vista.I am being harassed by male neighbors and told you no male therapist and what did you give me? a male therapist thanks for sending my anxiety skyrocketing. update: 7/20/21 still have not heard a word from anyone from this mental health office. What a worthless mental health system.

I was surprised to see all of the negative reviews so I figured I would post my own review. When I had a family member die horribly from cancer SolVista helped me process my grief. Everyone from administration, to front desk, to the therapist I worked with were professional and kind. If you need to talk to someone this location is a great resource in the community.I would suggest you take the other negative reviews with a grain of salt and consider that many stable well adjusted adults might be embarrassed to leave reviews indicating that they had therapy while many unhinged maladjusted adults are all too willing to post negative reviews about the mean doctors and staff who made them talk about their feelings and pay their bills.

Had nothing but trouble with rude staff at the front desk and elsewhere. I have been charged money theres no way I could have owed because I brought my balance to 0 then after pre paying for every service suddenly I owed 20 bucks. Their billing department admitted their mistake on that one and gave me a 0 balance again. I have since somehow been charged 35.00 after pre paying for everything! This place is a disorganized joke! They are gonna cause my probation to file a complaint because they want to unsuccessfully discharge me. Avoid this joke of a place at all costs!

Front desk are absolutely rude...to my children and myself. Complete hippa violations hearing them discuss other patient's . If there were other real available options for mental health, we would move services. If you review with 1 or 0 they give the same auto response. We're supposed to be a community, open to one another, to offer a helping hand! If you can commute for appointments, I would suggest doing so.

They put the staff above the patient. What ever is good for them. Will not call if class is canceled. Let. Show up an find out no class. Go to another facilities. If you want true care for your self..

I believe Sol Vista in Canon City had a huge role in my recovery! From the very first day I walked in and talked to Kyle I knew I had come to the right place. My therapist Dave is fantastic, the front desk girls Maggie and Laura, are so sweet and helpful, Branden and Emily are so helpful in my job search, every single person the accu -detox women Rose and Denise, and also Cresta who leads one of the groups I’m in. This is a great place to come for help

I am really frustrated with their customer service. I called a month ago and gave my health insurance information so I could request a new patient meeting. I called back two weeks later after hearing nothing and the lady who answered the phone said her computer was down. Two MORE weeks with no response and I call to find my paperwork was lost. Incredibly disappointing. And unprofessional.
