Resident care is below average I would personally never leave a loved one in the care of 60 percent of the staff here. Some CNAs are insanely rude to patients. And the DON and administrator regularly ignore reports of abuse to residents. They don't report anything to state simply sweep it under the rug and allow inadequate care to continue on.

They let people abuse the residents and target specific People by far the worst nursing home ever. I wouldn’t trust putting my loved ones here.

The highlight of course was seeing TONY ❤️ but the STAFF was what my Son and I noticed most they genuinely seem to Love & Care for Tony. Thank you all from the bottom of our ❤️❤️🙏

The staff, from administrators, to nurses, to the maintenance staff, cared about my sister. As a longer term resident, more than 2 years, I saw them deal with all kinds of situations and at all times these people treated their residents with kindness, compassion, and professionally. My family and I are happy our sister got to be with such great people. Thank you Valley View!
