Saw him for my annual, I've never been so disappointed in a doctor. Reused to run routine blood work (CBC & CMP) and annual is the only time my insurance will cover it. He told me he was the expert! Like to keep an eye on specifics since issues run in family. Asked 3 times (messaged) to no avail. Thankfully I've found a doc who listens now.

He refused to run basic blood work (CBC & CMP), There are certain diseases that run in my family and this is the only time my insurance will cover it and he completely refused to do them. My first meeting with Dr Smith as we recently moved to the area full time. Went in for an annual health review and we covered my concerns, especially my persistent issues with a runny nose due to allergies/rhinitis/temperature changes/whatever! We discussed every OTC allergy med that I've tried through the years with fleeting or no results. He prescribed a nasal spray I hadn't tried- and after a few days of use I'm thrilled!! Clear breathing, nose is dry and mucus is gone. I hope it lasts as a long term solution but even if it doesn't, he gave me a few days of normality where other doctors couldn't- so thank you Dr Smith!
