I had tailor’s bunion surgery with Dr. O. and am beyond happy with the results. She is extremely knowledgeable, great bedside manner, fast and on time appointments, and best of all, she did an amazing job with the surgery. Would recommend her 100% to anyone looking to have foot surgery.

I first visited Dr. Cynthia in early October 2019. My first impression was that she was very knowledgeable. We discussed options for orthotics and I signed an agreement for payment with a clear discussion on what part I would pay and what part my insurance would pay. I paid my part in full when I picked up the orthotics. The insurance paid the balance (maximum $500) as was written in the contract. Later I received an additional bill for more money. They had charged the insurance 4X the amount originally in the contract ($744). They also tried to charge me $90 ea for wrapping my feet after I paid my co-pay. When I tried to contact Dr. Cynthia directly, I was told by Jason her business manager that I couldn't talk to her. I don't trust this office anymore and won't be back. I'm writing this to warn others to beware.

Dr. O is a competent compassionate surgeon. Office staff is friendly and accomodating. Post op physical therapy in same building is knowledgeable and very convenient

Dr. O and her staff is fantastic! My feet were not pretty before going to Podiatry Associates and now my nails are beautiful and clear!

I have been seeing Dr. Oberholtzer-Claussen for 2 years when I fractured my foot. She is a great doctor. She is kind, straight-forward with her care. She has a great sense of humor and is always upbeat. Thanks for educating me about feet. Andrea

I am very impressed with the physical therapist. Had 4 hip surgeries best results with your therapist. I will not hesitate to recommend your therapy group. Thank you for a very positive experience! MaryLou Nierenz

Dr. Oberholtzer-Classen is busy with things other than her patients so you’ll likely be passed off to her PA. If you have something wrong that requires a doctor I suggest looking elsewhere.

Let me first say that the providers at this clinic are first rate. They are thorough and comprehensive in their approach to treatment. Their front desk and billing dept are unfortunately completely the opposite. They make excessive charges (charging for an ultrasound on each foot even though only treating one) and sell "non-returnable" medical devices for more than 15x the cost of them. (night splint on Amazon, $29, or here $425). I would love to continue seeing their doctors and physical therapists, but their front office policies have ended that. It's honestly a shame that such great providers have such an awful billing dept and front desk.
