Wonderful and helpful staff!
Had a hip replacement and the staff and facility were excellent. Very attentive and responsive.
Even before the surgery, I leaned over to my wife and said “this place is awesome”. Front desk were very helpful and accommodating. Then came the prep nurse and anesthesiologist, both awesome people. I will review my actual surgeon under her business but Dr. Herzog is amazing. I’m first day at home with very little pain, I think my first stint under the knife has been a great experience with these guys.
My mother had a knee replacement two days ago. The doctor was great, but the surgery center provided completely inadequate discharge instructions and when she became ill from the pain medication, they were unresponsive and apparently do not provide follow up care, even within 48 hours of surgery. She then became unable to stand without vomiting due to severe pain, and has been taken to a hospital by paramedics. I sincerely hope that the hospital staff have more basic competence in patient care than this place. Please find a better center for the surgical needs of yourself or loved one.
I might update this after my boyfriend has had his surgery. We've had issue after issue with the front of office staff and scheduling staff. They set him up with the wrong doctor 2 times. And when it came time to get surgery they had him take a covid test, with only a week to get the test scheduled and results back, he tested positive *after having been symptom free for 2 weeks* the policy says he needs 10 days after a positive covid test, with no symptoms to have surgery. The scheduler knew he was positive and still told him the surgery was going to happen. We show up at 6am to get him checked in, after all of the prep he had, the nurse came back to tell him they were canceling due to him coming up positive and it hasn't been 10 days since the test. They also had him scheduled for the wrong knee to be done as well. Mistake after mistake. The only good things to come of this so far were the nurses and the surgeon, who personally called him after the 2nd miss schedule. This is very unpleasant so far. Again, I might update th after the surgery has happened.
My husband had surgery on 11/3. The surgery went well, however, the billing afterwards has been an absolute nightmare. Nobody is willing to take responsibility or ownership of an improperly submitted claim (instead of submitting the claim using the pre-authorized procedure codes, they submitted it under other codes, so the claim was denied). I have called 4 times, escalated the issue, asked for them to resubmit the claim, involved our insurance company (who even tried calling on our behalf), and there is has been no progress made or communication back to us. At this point we are out over $1400 over what we should have paid, and the next step is legal action, maybe that will get them to pay attention. AVOID this location AT ALL COSTS.
I would like to thank each of you for truly caring about me, Moniette, Christy, Celina, Stacy and Carrie. Dr Kimball and Sean who make this procedure posible and make me feel safe. I couldn’t be in better hands. And specialty Dt Richard Martin who called me before my surgery and explained me in detail about my procedure. He mKe feel safe and relax when I must needs it. Thank you all.
I had a great experience with my knee surgery!
Worse place ever had a fever because I was dehydrated instead of giving an I and letting me have the surgery I needed do losing all feeling in my lower body they kicked me out on the street and wished me goodluck this was a scheduled emergency surgery
Best 3 star surgical center in Castle Rock. Highly recommend if this is where your Dr tells you you have to go for the procedure they need to do on you. Front office staff checks you in and the surgical team does surgeries. I needed a procedure done and now I don't anymore.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
