My wife had a mass on her bladder that was biopsied on and determined it was benign. Ok thats great news! And thats was that. He couldnt figure out what it was and how to treat or remove it. Instead he refered here to another Dr that doesnt treat that kinda of specialty issue. We had to do our own research to figure that out. I feel as if we spent alot of money to find out if it was not cancer and thats it. No resolution to the cure or even a correct Dr to be refered to as well as it being almost impossible to get ahold of anyone with medical advise when she needed to from his office. Needless to say have went to another Dr for a second opioion and to make sure that he did the surgury correctly because she has gotten worse since after the biopsy procedure was done. He was a nice guy and seemed like he knew what he was doing, but we left him with alot of un ansured questions and her condition worse off then before we went to see him.

Caused more problems then what I came in with, then passed the buck to another Urologist!

very poor communication with patient has secretary do all correspondense through her. first they cancelled appt. said dr. would not be in. scheduled a proceedure called office to confirmat a later time was told could not do proceedure until i met with the doctor .Went into office and the story changed agian know they want to wait for my colonoscopy see how i did with anesthesia even though i had a proceedure done the week before. When i finally had enough i told the secretary i wanted all my medical paperwork and scans i was told to come back in a couple of days she then told me i would have to get my scans from hospital even though they have all the information there

Very pleasant and professional office staff. Prompt service. Dr Nelson provides a comfortable setting and is very knowledgeable, thorough and pleasant He takes as much time as needed to explain and discuss concerns and questions. Dr Nelson was highly recommended by my previous primary care doctor and my current primary care doctor highly recommends him as well. I will gladly refer friends and family to him.

I have seen Dr Nelson for 2 years for Bladder Cancer treatment and follow up. He is kind always on time and explains the procedure and results in a timely manner. He has a great bedside manner.

The single worst experience I've ever had with any medical professional! The doctor himself was fine, but the lack of communication and inability to get a hold of anyone in the office at any time without being put on hold for at least 10 minutes was terrible. There were several instances where people in the office said they would do something such as call back at a certain time and they never did. Extremely frustrating!

Highly recommended! I appreciate Dr. Nelson's decision process, explanations, knowledge, and compassion. What shows is how he really cares for each of his patients. Here is a good man.
