This review strictly points to the front desk staff. I already view the medical profession as greedy and purely profit driven. Gave the front desk personal the new insurance information I was told to present from the new company. It apparently was missing something, but they couldn't be bothered to call them to get it straight. They told me that I could either call myself or pay the full visit cost. Poor service experience, and it's not the first time here.

I am quite surprised to see so many positive reviews because that has not been my experience. Note that I have only seen one of the psychiatric nurses and I cannot speak to the primary care arm of the clinic. First of all, this clinic should NOT advertise that they have a functional medicine specialist when the practitioner is booked out for many months and is not taking new patients. This needs to be communicated and updated on their website. This was one of the reasons I called the practice in the first place. Secondly, you can't get through to the clinic - they do NOT answer their phones AND they do not honor schedule changes/cancellations through the Healow App that they push. When you call, you have to leave a message. You're lucky if they return your call within a day. This has been problematic for me when I needed to speak with someone more urgently and simply could not get through. In one case, they sent my prescription to the pharmacy and the practitioner was not yet credentialed with my insurance (the Rx should have been sent under the supervising physician). Because I could not get through to the practice and needed the medication right then, I had to pay out of pocket for my prescriptions. Communication with the clinic is a huge issue. Thirdly, I was given a very serious possible diagnosis in the last 2 minutes of my appointment with one of the psychiatric nurse practitioners and I was then quickly ushered out the door. This possible diagnosis was determined through a quick 9 question survey within the last 2 minutes of my appointment! She mentioned that I should speak with my therapist about the diagnosis to see if that fits (ahem... that is why I am going to you). My therapists has always been willing to speak with her and I mentioned this at this appointment. My comment was ignored completely and I was ushered out the door. That is not how you handle a heartbreaking potential new diagnosis that should take months to correctly diagnosis (not via a 9 question survey). This has been an incredibly disappointing experience all around from the front office experience to the experience with one of the psychiatric nurse practitioners.

This place has gone down the tubes. Their psych unit used to be incredible but after Kristy Kazermoff left they literally have nothing going for them. THREE BAD EXPERIENCES since ⬇️ #1, came in for a sinus infection and got treated like I had COVID. They put me in some separate building and the nurse didn’t even look in my nose and just wrote me a script. #2 I came in for weight management and they put me on Phentermine. After the first month nobody had called like they said they would and the doctor denied my refill?! TOTAL WASTE OF TIME and she had promised her husband would reach out with a nutrition plan which nobody ever did. #3 called in needing a script for shingles and they said they had availability in THREE WEEKS? I do NOT recommend this place… these were my last three experiences there and I will be seeking new PCP treatment. No follow through or customer service. Terrible practice.

Trash. Website portal and voicemail system all don't work. I tried to send a message through the portal and it didn't work. I got a message saying they upgraded and the new portal was broken and when I tried to create an account it wouldn't let me and kept kicking me back to create an account. I called and got sent to vm. No one ever called me back. I cancelled an appointment through the emailTHEY SENT ME and then I got two calls asking about the appointment I "missed." Also when I went in for covid they treated me like a leper. Fucking save yourself the trouble and self diagnose.

I highly recommend this office. They are very knowledgeable and welcoming. Everyone is very professional and I feel I am getting very good care.

I love Heartlight Family Clinic! I have worked with Katrina now for several months. She takes lots of time with you, very warm but professional, and has helped me immensely to optimize my health. I didn't have a specific illness to deal with but wanted to be proactive in staying healthy due to a family health history, and she has worked closely with me regarding nutrition, medications, lifestyle, and supplements. My lab results show the difference, amazing! I also saw Jamie for my annual exam and she is wonderful too. I highly recommend this clinic.

This is the best doctors office experience I have had probably ever. In a world where authentic, kind, and sincere care is scarce, this office is a breath of fresh air. They take time to truly focus on you without the built defaults that you find with other practitioners simply pushing medications/vaccines so they get kick backs. Im grateful I found you and thank you for building trust with our family. I won’t go anywhere else.

This clinic has restored my previously shattered faith in doctors. I've seen 2 separate doctors (nurse practitioner and functional doctor) and both actually listened to me, heard my concerns, and treated me like a person rather than a number.In addition, the front desk is manned by cheerful, helpful, on top of it staff. No attitudes to be found. So refreshing as the majority of front desk employees, in my experience, seem to hate their jobs. Not these gals. So friendly. :)I LOVE this clinic! Please never stop being awesome!

Literally the best medical practice and all my healthcare under one roof! The medical group works together to treat the whole person. The moment you walk in the door you experience the kindest most caring group of professionals. Katrina the owner definitely leads by example. She is my lifesaver ❤️‍ !
