I’ve had nothing but positive experiences with Dr. Garramone and team. Just wrapped up my third surgery with them without any issues and minimal pain. Very grateful to this team for all they do.
If you want to be told you need surgery on the first visit and want to pay $400 for a walking boot... this is your guy!
Dr. Garramone recently fixed my knee with surgery and PRP (which is amazing). He also worked with my husband years ago to replace his ACL, and then more recently, with a shoulder surgery. I was impressed with how thorough he was both times, and with how he took a "no nonsense" approach to the healing process. He is authentic, sincere and lays out the findings/options thoroughly. His staff is outstanding as well! They are very responsive and excellent at handling everything from back office/billing/insurance to good advice on healing, meds, and self-care.

Dr. Garramone is a fantastic surgeon that explains all options to you! His staff is always helpful! I highly recommend this office!
I had arthroscopic surgery to repair a torn meniscus. The meniscus was repaired but chronic swelling, discomfort and pain a year later CAUSED DIRECTLY BY THE SURGERY at the incision site is worse than the meniscus tear. He is unable or unwilling to do anything to help this, and instead wants to charge more to find some hidden new problem when the cause is clear.
Had partial knee replacement on August 1st, 2019. Have had ongoing problems ever since. Finally got another opinion of the problem. Implant is to big and installed at an angle. Dr. Garramone was also to have removed the bakers cyst but never did, shows up beautifully on ultra sound. Leg has continuous swelling,(fluid retention) if sit to long or when up on it either walking or standing. Constant pain from implant rubbing and bones binding. Don't know if Dr. Garramone did the actual surgery or the surgical assistant did it. But it was not done correctly and I was ignored when I complained about the problems shortly after surgery.
I was sent to Dr Garramone after a bad car accident, ho took his time, examined me thoroughly and determined I had a torn Labrum in my shoulder. He explained about the necessity of the labrum and told me that`s why I was in such pain all the time. He did surgery on it, told all about the recovery time, what I could and could not do, and after the follow up visit suggested a Platelet-Rich Plasma injection, which I believe helped expidite my healing. I would highly recommend Dr Garramone. His office personnel are extremely attentive, answer any further questions and return calls immediately. Outstanding experience!!
I was recommended to Dr. Garramone by my primary doctor, because of excessive heel. We looked at different options, and was recommended to do a PRP injection. Dr. Garramone explained what to expect from the injection to the rehabilitation time. It’s not a quick fix, but if you follow and do what he tells you to do, your heel will feel much better. Also, his staff is very helpful and friendly, which also helps to make the experience much more tolerable. Thank you
Dr. Garramone takes the time to listen to the issue and goes over all the options that he knows will fix the issue. He did not immediately jump to surgery, which I appreciate, although that is ultimately what I needed.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
