Dr Pollard is an amazing lady and besides her careful care of my husbands feet and toes, she is a runner and has finished more than one Triathlon. She knows how important great foot care is and is very helpful, thorough and kind. .

The front office staff was super helpful and so funny and kind! Dr. Pollard was wonderful too. She was very knowledgeable, professional and caring. She was patient and happy to answer all my questions without ever making me feel rushed.

Dr. Pollard and her Medical Assistant were great! The front desk staff seemed very bothered by my presence when I presented my insurance and they even went as far to asked if it was Medicaid since they had never heard of it; despite there being nothing on the card that said Colorado Medicaid. I’m wondering if that’s the assumption for all insurance they don’t recognize or if it was just because I am a minority. They also seemed irritated when I asked for a receipt for FSA purposes after making me pay a copay despite having primary and secondary insurance. They left much to be desired since they are the first point of contact when entering the office.
