This is for Touchstone Imaging in Castle Rock.. This place is great! They have always gotten me in quickly. Friendly and helpful staff. The front desk is the best! The facility itself is beautiful and clean. I have never been kept waiting and always had a great experience here. Highly recommended for any imaging needs.

I want to give a huge thank you to Lori from Touchstone Imaging’s main office in Castle Rock, for her SUPERB scheduling assistance to me today, Tuesday November 1st,2022. Lori was very pleasant, efficient and knowledgeable and she made it so for me to be quickly scheduled at Touchstone Imaging in Castle Rock.

HORRIBLE BILLING! The service was fast and professional while we were in there. We were charged an initial amount based on our insurance and had to pay there before service. Fine. HOWEVER, we are now getting billed for the ENTIRE AMOUNT with zero trace of the hundreds of dollars we already paid. We have been around and around between the office and billing department and no one can fix this for us. We literally have the bank statement with the charge in it! We are now "past due" on a bill that shouldn't exist. Do yourself a favor and go ANYWHERE else unless you want billing nightmares and hours of phone calls with no resolution.

I've gone to Touchstone Imaging in Castle Rock 4 times in the past eight months for CT scans and MRI's. The entire staff is friendly, professional and personable. I would recommend this facility to anyone with imaging needs.
