List of Allhealth Network - Dtc's Reviews
The services and staff have been fine from my experience, but communication is absolutely terrible - I play telephone tag any time I need to schedule an appointment or get a medication refill. They send my prescriptions to the wrong pharmacy every single time despite me telling them on multiple occasions to take it off my record and send to a different one. I've been stable on my medication and dosage for years, yet I can't get a refill unless I schedule an appointment. I have given written and verbal consent more times than I can count for my family members to call and make appointments for me on my behalf, but they keep no record of this and I ALWAYS have to interrupt what I'm doing to get on a three-way call just to say they have permission to talk to my family. This place is extremely frustrating to deal with. Nothing is ever easy and I'm changing providers as soon as I can.
I always had the impression that ppl in medical field are compassionate who care about their patients! Not at this facility, they don’t update charts, notes or calls. Have to wait over 2 weeks for refills every month, Ana my med provider knew I was struggling and not feeling well, I fainted while waiting for my meds left voicemails when I called to talk to their grievance department with Stephanie she yelled at me and hung up on me! This is the WORST CARE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED IN MY LIFE FROM ANY HOSPITAL!!!!
this place is an absolute joke to mental health. personally I have had MULTIPLE therapist try and diagnose me with multiple different disorders I did NOT have and then just throw medicine at me to try and “fix it” then when the medicine didn’t work and made me feel worse, Dr. Rudy would simply suggest a higher dose and/or “waiting it out” my fiancé had also met with Dr. Rudy who was COMPLETELY unprofessional. Not only did he tell her only negative side effects to medication inflicting fear around taking medicine at all, but also said the words “I just don’t really think you need it but just let me know and i’ll prescribe it” not only diminishing the fact that she clearly needed medicine but left the decision in HER HANDS. They are unprofessional, inappropriate, and simply don’t know how to care for mental health
I've had a great experience with AllHealth, I've made a lot of progress on my mental health working with Trisha! Highly recommend these folks, they get you with the right person to front. I've tried other therapists but this place has been the most helpful.
Great
I called here for help and the intake counselor Lauren Clements called CPS and reported me. Don’t use this place they will call the police on you.
Horrible communication from the start, with your first call you get someone on the inside who seems nice enough with their gathering as much info about yourself as possible, you then will route to a "Dr" for an initial intake call, who after this conversation will be able to provide a suitable therapist based on their findings, which is great, only thing, not ONCE was it ever communicated this 30 minute intake call is a charge, a $400 charge of which with my insurance I was responsible for 45% of this charge. It's ironic that what I was seeking assistance with, ALLHEALTH just added another layer to my challenges, needless to say its all quite disappointing.
The intake receptionists are absolutely terrible. Act like its the worst thing to ever happen to them to answer a phone call to schedule an initial appointment. I read the reviews on here before giving them a call, and I can confirm that all the bad reviews are correct for this place. If you're really suffering with your mental health, don't try to come here.
I'm confused on why the negative reviews! My daughter and myself have had such a positive experience here. My daughter is 6 and started services with all health. We ended up at the inverness site after intake and I am pleased. My daughters therapist communicates extremely well and so does the staff. Therapy for and with children is sometimes a struggle and had been before coming here. We have no scheduling or contact issues either when it comes to appointments. Thank you guys for always being so welcoming. I honestly might look into services here for myself when I get the time to do so.
I know community mental health is fairly clunky with getting people in the door. Even then, I am appreciative it exists. As extreme as it sounds, I’ve been trying to get in with my provider for a year and a half or more. My file was closed out, not because I wasn’t showing up to appointments that I made, but because my provider keeps canceling them. She needs to have that time to leave notes. She needs to be in a meeting. She’s moved locations. She’s gone on FMLA. She’s gone on vacation. She’s supposed to be here but she’s not. She requires more time than what was scheduled. My appointments are routinely canceled and often without notice. It’s a complete abandonment of care in the fact that I’ve been off my meds for my diagnosed mental health disorder and unable to get the prescriptions without seeing her. The response you’ll get from Allhealth for coming to them with the concern is thanks for letting us know, and you know where the door is if you don’t like what we do. It is phrased as “you are always welcome to use another provider” however. For a system with a purpose of helping people with diagnosed and undiagnosed mental health disorders, they often show no respect or care for that purpose. I know that community mental health is the only option for many low income people and it’s so disheartening this is the system in place to help some of the most vulnerable of our community.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
