Came to get a mole checked out and ended up getting it removed to be safe. Dr. Surovik is always friendly and attentive. Her staff efficiently process your paperwork up front and then you are led back to the exam room. The paperwork is now laminated sheets so they're reusable. I like that as it cuts down on paper used. Preliminary questions were asked regarding my health and reason for visit. Then after a brief wait, the doctor came in. She examined my areas of concern and we discussed options of treatment. She removed my mole after applying a numbing agent to the location. It was over pretty fast which I was glad of. She informed me of next steps and care of the area and I was done. Parking is available and I'm always pleased with the results of my visits.

The place has turned into a money machine with needless appointments that take less than 5 minutes, no follow up with my prior authorization, medication written improperly and the new doctor told me I am welcome to go to another practice.  My husband & I have green patients of this practice for over 20 years and Dr. Endly thinks it is appropriate to tell me to go somewhere else.  Dr. Papadeaus needs to know what is going on.  It's pretty bad when the patient has to do their own prior authorization and teach the doctor how to write the prescription.  Lost 3 months over this and had to start all over again.  Practice manager couldn't have cared less.  Poor Dr. Papadeaus, probably has no idea what has happened to his practice.

HORRIBLE experience with Advanced Dermatology.   The lack of accuracy And professionalism in a doctors office was astounding and concerning.  After waiting several months for my appointment, I was told at my appointment that they did not accept my insurance.   I confirmed they accepted my insurance at the time of making my appointment.  They were even able to see who I spoke to and that they did In fact tell me my insurance was accepted.  They were unapologetic and rude.  After waiting so many months to be seen it is incredibly frustating to be treated as such.  If you are able to be a patient at any other dermatology office I would recommend saving your self frustration with this incredibly unprofessional office.

I had an appointment for consultation, I was never told there was a consultation fee. The fee was never asked for or collected while I was in the office. The office called me after my appointment and told me I needed to pay $50 consultation fee. I was driving and not able to pay at that moment. Asked if I could make my next appointment for the procedure I had my consultation for they were unwilling to make my appointment until I paid this fee. Then was told the $50 was an appointment fee that I had to pay to make an appointment l. At this point I'm nervous on who's taking my credit card information over the phone for a "fee" at this point I felt was being made up. So I declined to make the appointment. Once I got my credit card information in front of me ready to pay the consultation fee/appointment fee I called and then was told I had to pay $100 that would be for the consultation appointment and for my upcoming appointment. Never have I heard of paying a upfront fee to make an appointment before I even show up for the appointment l , so again really feel like someone is just making up these fees that I'm about to give my credit card information to. It's very unfortunate for Dr Surivik that seems very professional and great Doctor to have complete incompetent front office staff running the office and the phones and missing out on business.

Dr. Surovik is great. She always makes me feel at ease and is receptive to my concerns. The front end staff have been friendly and I like that there is ample parking whenever I arrive. They also partner with an aesthetician which is nice. Had I been more observant and seen that earlier I wouldn't have searched for one.

After reading Krisie S review... I too have a rash but did get a zip pack for a steroid. It did nothing ... no follow up no email phone call ... I have to call them with no response... what if you had a cancerous skin mole? Do you want this type of unprofessional service? go some place else

As seen through the majority of these reviews, they have terrible customer service. They don't even handle their own appointments which is part of the issue. My wife and I had appointments scheduled months in advance. I received the confirmation text confirming the appointment. When my wife arrived they had removed us from the schedule and told us we'd have to reschedule for another 2-3 months.  No notice. There was no meaningful apology or attempt to work with us and the attendant was basically just cold. Customer service is everything. People have choices. Do not choose them.

My husband and I both saw Dr. Johnson after getting our biopsy results back showing we had skin cancer. We both saw Dr. Johnson and were completely blown away at how professional, and caring she was. We are without insurance and she was very clear with us the different paths we could take. She took care of both my husband and I in one day. My husband had to have extensive surgery to remove a huge part of the skin on his neck and she let me watch she explained everything she was doing. Dr. Johnson is absolutely an artist and what she does. Not only is she an amazing doctor, but an amazing person. Thank you so much Dr. Johnson.

I've struggled with skin cancer for a long time.  Have one that's pretty worrisome now, but my doctor is booked for the rest of the year.  Actually, nobody here will see me for more than a month.  Who knows how long it would take to get treated?!  Trying to get another referral.Also. Prescription they gave me for small number of tiny, individual packets of Imiquimod cream doesn't work at all.  And, as I recall, cost insurance almost $700.  Fluorouracil works and is cheap.Welcome to the brave new world of medicine.Mark E.

Once again I'm sadly giving a poor review for advanced dermatology. After my first review someone from the office replied to my review. I did call the office once more and asked to speak to the ladies he suggested. I was told they were not available but if I leave a message they would get back to me. I left a message and it has now been a week and a half and I have heard from no one. Yet again an office who cares nothing for their patients. Even after you have to pay a great deal of money.
