I'm disappointed to say that since my original review, the situation has only gotten worse. After being incorrectly billed for two visits in May 2025, I was told by the office (specifically Darcy) that the claims had been corrected and resubmitted to my insurance. After continuing to receive bills with no resolution, I contacted my insurance provider again--only to be told that no one from the office had reached out or submitted any updated documentation. In other words, I was lied to. I've done everything I can on my end--calling the office, emailing multiple times, calling the insurance company myself--and it's been over two months with no accountability or follow-through. I've now had to consider filing complaints with the state insurance division because this has dragged on with no resolution. If you're looking for a provider who is timely, organized, and honest with their billing--I would strongly advise you to look elsewhere. This practice has shown nothing but disorganization, lack of accountability, and disrespect for long-term patients.

Go somewhere else because they protect each other's misconduct here. Front desk worker Darcy is an actual monster. Called me rude when she would not listen and stop talking over me, accused me of swearing in order to cause a scene on her side of the phone and would not give me her name after I asked several times. She is a poor excuse for a front desk medical staff member to serve patients. She threatened to discharge me from the practice because I asked to speak to a supervisor. When I emailed the admin email (which led to an inbox she managed, not the owner's inbox as requested), she called me to discharge me as retaliation and fabricated that I was being "abusive" to justify her actions. She also advised they would not fill my prescriptions due to this discharge, which violates the 45-day patient rule, further supporting this discharge was retaliatory and outside of the scope of issue. The owner claimed the threat not to refill was a "typo" when confronted about it, though they tried to deny Darcy saying it at all until I provided my email evidence. Unprofessional and embarrassing for what should be a true healthcare practice.

I have been a patient for a few years now and have had a great experience. Clair Diamont-Yafet and Clair H. are both amazing as well as all of the members who do blood work and blood drawings. Everyone has been so nice and friendly whenever I come in and the knowledge and recommendations have been amazing. I will for sure keep coming back! Thank you!

I had bloodwork done around 3 weeks ago and was low on testosterone. The facility cannot figure out how to get me a hormonal cream that my insurance won't deny me to fix my hormone levels. I am calling daily and feel helpless and unsure of what to do. I am ready to switch Doctors because I feel like this is a common issue that women get when their hormones are off, and there should be a solution here; it seems like this office doesn't know what they are doing. I have been having serious body aches and reported it and was told it has nothing to do with my hormone levels minimizing my problems. I am hoping this review will go to upper management so that I can get the help I need.

I have been going to this clinic for 3 years and have been extremely dissatisfied with the service I have received over the past 6 months. I waited in the lobby for over 30 minutes and then waited in the patient room for another 20 minutes to see my doctor. Instead of seeing my doctor I saw a medical student. I would have appreciated my doctor at least coming in to introduce her medical students and explain that they would be seeing me. I was there for a physical and to refill 3 medications. The student repeated several questions multiple times which got frustrating. I asked both the medical students, my doctor, AND the front desk staff if the doctor would be sending my medications to the pharmacy several times. This has happened almost every time I have tried to refill a time sensitive medication.... With that said the staff is very nice, especially the front desk staff! The practitioners are very nice and understanding. I am just very frustrated with the wait times when I go in for a simple prescription refill appointment and how much of a hassle it is to get my medications.

Really communicative and professional practice and Claire (FNP/Owner) is the best you could ask for. Very comfortable environment and kind staff. They do a wide range of care so it feels like a one stop shop for me. I've gone there for bloodwork, therapy, physicals, vaccinations, prescriptions, you name it.

Wish I could give zero stars. I needed desperately to find a new PCP and I found Dr. Claire Diamant-Yefet on ZocDoc. I waited for maybe 25 minutes for her to even show up on the appointment. I shared with her that I was experiencing terrible anxiety, and that I was also struggling with substance abuse. After talking to me for maybe 20 minutes she just threw a Valium prescription in my face. A BENZO FOR AN ADDICT. She asked me maybe five questions before coming to the conclusion that I qualify for a highly addictive narcotic. Not to mention that the substance abuse I'm talking about was alcohol. Had I picked up that prescription and continued to drink the way I had been, I probably would've overdosed. I am blown away by the level of carelessness and the gross lack of professionalism. Doctors like you are the reason we are still at ground zero of the opioid epidemic. DO BETTER OR DON'T PRACTICE. Disgusting.

I feel like I need to update my review. I accidentally booked this place, but I'm glad that I kept my appointment. My experience was really good. I met with Dr. Claire Hardin. She was thorough and very professional. The rest of the staff was extremely personable as well. I'm glad that I gave them another try.

Absolutely horrible they make you stay over an hour for any basic visit. I've been waiting a month for them to fill my diabetes prescription calling talking to people the pharmacy has too. I've been leaving voicemails. They are rude. They stay in the halls laughing and talking while you are waiting and waiting.

- They left my imaging order unreviewed for a month because the doctor suddenly left (and no longer coming back), which I did not find out until I called them a month later. - I left voice mails but they do not call me back. - They don't have enough communication among the staff. I needed to repeat a same explanation to each person.
