Katia Meier's Online Review Report Card

I have gone into very miserable "withdrawal" this week as Dr. Meir and her staff refused to refill my ongoing prescription of 20+ years because she had not seen my face in 5 months! As result I developed vertigo, shaking, inability to read or drive. Her staff are as rude as she is, completely unwilling to escalate the refill of this prescription for me until I saw her in person! Meanwhile, I have suffered through this all week. Dr. Meir has consistently been very late to her video appts with me for the past 3 years. Generally I wait close to an hour past may appt time for her, today the wait time was 2 hours with no messages to me as to why, her staff would not answer my phone calls, nor return my messages. She is without a doubt one of the rudest persons I've met in my life. She has zero concern for me a her patient, she does not greet me when my appt begins, does not ask me how I am doing etc, she just starts by reading my lab results. If you prefer a kind, humble understanding Dr. , with basic human decency you are well advised to flea from Dr. Meir and her incompetent staff!

Dr Meier has been extremely helpful during the pandemic. She has kept us up to date on vitamins and supplements to help maintain our health. She has been quick to respond to any of our questions and concerns. We are very grateful to have her around.

Wendy at the front desk is very rude, inconsiderate and talks over you . She accused me of having an attitude with the office when I shared I had death in the family. As a society we are facing various challenges and it does not help when someone appears to be interested in collecting money and lacks customer service and does not know the meaning of empathy. I have appreciated the serviceb I receive from Dr Meir's but will be looking for another's provider

I just read the COVID complaint. From my perspective, it was from a hysterical woman who wanted to make headlines. I've been with Dr. Meier for about 10 years. She's helped me to age gracefully. When you think about it, we all have the choice to accept or decline advice from any healthcare provider. My health is important to me. Believe me, I wouldn't hesitate a nano second to leave that practice ...

I switched to Dr. Meier after I nearly lost a bout with Covid. I was in the ICU for two weeks when I admitted with about 5%-10% lung capacity. My post treatment care with my PCP of 25 years and specialized pulmonologist (mainstream medicine) were very disappointing. Dr. Meier’s knowledge in holistic medicine coupled with her knowledge on treating the virus was nothing more than impressive! I was walking a mile without oxygen after only 4 weeks post ICU and I tested with normal lung function and capacity only 10 weeks post ICU. My pulmonologist, a doctor at one of the best pulmonology hospitals in the country, said I wouldn’t achieve this for about 6 to 12 months based on the severity of my case. Dr. Meier didn’t limit my treatment to just post Covid recovery but focused on my overall health. She did this through more natural methods than pharmaceutical. My overall health is now better than it has been even before the Covid. My wife switched to Dr. Meier as well and we have been very pleased!

This doctor is harmful to public health. I took a relative of mine that was her patient of many years to her office because she was having a very extreme asthma attack. While my relative was gasping for air and struggling to breathe - something that other medical professionals may take as an emergency - Dr. Meier took her time having anyone in the office attend to her. 30 more minutes of my relative choking in the lobby, I started to be vocal about the urgency of the situation she did finally make an appearance she casually sauntered in and acted like it was not a big deal. Her statement was that if we wanted to take priority she could call an ambulance but that would cost more. Dr. Meier is who has been “treating” her asthma and allergies and when it finally came time for it to actually be handled she did nothing. Do not trust your health to this individual.

It’s rare to find a doctor with a higher quality of care and willingness to investigate the underlying health issues and how to address them to have real healing and wellness. The respect we received was second to none.

She cares for the health and well-being of her patients. Providing great advise and guidance to families. Highly recommended
