This doctor was demeaning and rude to me over an insurance website glitch. She made it clear, "We have to get paid!" And it really put me off seeing what her true priorities were: money.

Dr Young is a nice Dr, although seemingly a little fake. I don't have a lot of trust or faith in her as a dr as I feel she kinda just nods her head & agrees & tells you "yeah, whatever you feel you want to do" rather than being assertive & confident in her decisions as a dr should be & that I'm looking for when taking my kids in for a Drs opinion. But we can't transfer to a different dr within the office & she's nice enough for basic care type of stuff.

I have been taking my kids to Dr. Young for the past couple of years. They love seeing her and its more like going to visit a friend than going to the doctor. She is very kind and caring. Highly recommend!

Dr. Young was our pediatrician for a few years before we had a falling out and realized she is not who we thought she was. I would strongly recommend searching for a another pediatrician. I was not at all impressed with Dr. Young and especially the way she handled my family. In the end, I felt downright judged, ganged-up on, and belittled by Dr. Young and her staff. It was shocking how quickly we felt turned on after our insurance showed the slightest issue all due to a technical error. Despite the erroneous website, Dr. Young seemed more concerned with getting paid than by working with us--as all other doctors have done. She talked down to me, told me medical care wasn't free, and sent my family away. (All the while, we were all insured.)

Our visits with Dr. Young were short and sweet. She did not take much time with us or our family to get to know us. Her staff, the receptionists and nurses were incredibly rude and low-quality as far as customer service. Was not impressed, will not return.

Dr. Young's staff and nurses were very uncomfortable to work with, I didn't like them at all. As for the doctor herself, she barely seemed to spend any time with us. I would not recommend her or her office in any way. I got the impression that I was just another bill to make money off of. Her office didn't seem to care about my child as a patient. The receptionists were rude.
