I’ve been going to Milan for over a year now. While the experience had started to decline recently—likely due to staffing challenges—my visit to the Centennial location completely turned things around. Ashley the manager and Kayla were nothing short of phenomenal. They were warm, professional, and genuinely hilarious—making this visit the best I’ve ever had. Kayla IS funny and super warm and knowledgeable. If Milan wants to make a smart move, they should do everything they can to keep Kayla at the Centennial location and give both her and Ashley a well-deserved raise. They’re true standouts!

I have had only one appointment that wasn’t rescheduled by the clinic last minute. You pay a premium here for treatments that are no better than any other clinic. They ask you to schedule in advance to keep on a 5 week schedule and then they cancel on you and push you back several weeks. I wish I had known how hard it would be to get scheduled, I would have saved a lot of frustration and money. On a positive note, the staff is friendly.
