A very frustrating couple of experiences. I felt unheard and disrespected; asking other things, the nutritionist Nicole demonstratively had no idea what the AIP diet was, despite repeatedly insisting that it was not scientifically sound and that I should instead do her normal elimination diet (all of which is included in the AIP diet). A simple Google search on her part would have gone a long way towards making her seem less dismissive, prejudiced, and rude. A waste of time and money.
