Go somewhere else and save your money!! Many years ago I had a mini face lift with Dr Smith and was so happy with the results. Fast forward 7 years and I have decided to change careers and get into teaching and want to look my best at 55. I reached out and was advised to do a mini lift -eyelid lift and laser for the low price of $24,000. At this time Dr Smith was no longer doing surgery so I was set up with Dr. Bovenzi. I look the same, minimal improvements and when I reached out to point this out, the front office staff rudely told me I was age appropriate-well I was age appropriate prior to giving them $24,000! 10 months later I have went to several reputable plastic surgeons and none of them can believe I had the procedures less than a year ago and have recommended redoing! Please get additional opinions before you spend a ton of money and possibly end up with no results! I was so happy with the results back in 2017 and expected to be better than just age appropriate, I thought that was the point of plastic surgery-not to look age appropriate!

I didn't want to do this but after 3 years, I can't look in the mirror any longer without cringing. I hope it is true that Brent Smith is retired. He gave me a lip lift and ruined the cartilage in my nose. Also, now I have pig lips. He took skin from my abdomen and put it in the entire area under my nose instead of just around the mouth area. I have been to another cosmetic surgeon and they don't want to touch it. This has been like this since I woke up from surgery and he just kept saying it will get better. He never took any responsibility. Now my nose always runs and is red and sore not to mention that I have a helacious bump inside my nose that I never had before. I would never use him again.

Staff, Dr Bovenzi and his team, are always available to assist with questions and provide guidance for any procedure. I had a CO2 facial peel and annual maintenance laser. I am thrilled with the results and highly recommend this practice.

Dr Bovenzi has been a God send for me! After a terrible accident in 2022 left me with a hideous scar on my face, I have felt so ugly and have been turned away by several plastic surgeons who said they couldn't help me. I sent Dr Bovenzi's team a few photos and they invited me to come in for an appointment. During this visit he took the time to understand my fears and came up with a plan. After the first in-office procedure I saw immediate results. I could finally look in the mirror without wanting to cry! I have since returned to him to see even more powerful, positive results and will continue to see him for all things beauty. He is thorough, kind, sensitive, and an aesthetic genius. Can't recommend him enough! His front office girl, Amanda, is also fantastic and goes above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. Seriously. Come to this office. It's amazing!

Writing this under N. Cognito cause good ole Dr. Smith deletes reviews frequently, especially those written by medical professionals. I saw Dr. Smith for a facelift and blepharoplasty (he said it would help with the overall improvement). NEVER let this doc touch your eyes. Once he botches you, he will then refer you to a real oculoplastic surgeon who will once again charge you to undo the damage Smith does. Smith will dance around your concerns post-surgery and will do nothing to reimburse OR pay the competent provider to fix his botch. And his facelifts?---joke. He simply pulls back the top layer and stitches it. This is not a facelift--a true facelift takes several hours and pulls back the deeper layers. His "facelift" will fall within one year or sooner, AND you will feel when it gives/falls. Misrepresentation and fraud is Smith. Wish he'd retire with his millions and stop his horrible results.

Friends tell me I look different, or your skin looks different. If I don’t tell them I had surgery. The friends that know of the nose & eye surgery are amazed at how I look. And they often say wow, I want to get my nose done, or my eyes done. Or you look amazing! I’m so very happy with the results!! I look so much better! And I had the best Doctor and team to help me to look my best. Thank you again, I am excited to see the final results. 😊👍

What an amazing experience to deal with Dr Bovenzi- his mannerism made me feel relaxed and like family- staff is so friendly and pleasant. My surgery came out so wonderfully and I could not be happier with the result. Thank you, Dr. Bovenzi!!
