It is ahame that this office over books their schedule to have people waiting for hours for a post op appointment!! my mother has an appointment for 1130 and it is now 2 and she is still waiting..you are a scam! The parking lot is not full because of excellent service it is full because they overbook appointments and make everybody wait for hours! try having some customer service instead of just wanting more money!

This office needs to improve their wait times. My mom has had to wait for up to 3 hours past her appointment time to be seen. This has happened the last 3 times she has been seen at this office this year. If you are not able to see your patients within an hour of their appointment then don’t schedule them until you can. Please. Be more considerate of how long your elder patients wait for their appointments.

Dr. Pikkula has both a professional and personable demeanor. She will be clear and concise when explaining her diagnosis while at the same time making the patient feel relaxed, confident and respected. She answers questions in an accessible manner; important as patients should ask questions and feel comfortable doing it. Appointments for me at least have always been on time, not having to sit in a waiting room well after your appointment time is refreshing to say the least.
