Starting at the front desk, and continuing on through the colonoscopy procedure, everyone was quite friendly, professional and highly competent. I appreciated how the staff and Dr. Esmali completely put me at ease, being very informative as to the process and happy to answer any questions. 10 stars.

Dr. Ali Esmaili did an Endoscopy & Colonoscopy. Both went well and the anesthesiologist was great. I recommend both for a great experience.

Great doc. I was scheduled for only a colonoscopy but needed a EGD as well which was scheduled at a later date. The office personal told me they could not go concurrent, an insurance issue. The Doc took the time to stop me rolling to the OR and had the office call the insurance. Got it approved and they wheeled me back. They were having an issue getting the additional procedure added to health record. He held the OR up for 15 minutes to ensure I could have both done that day. He could have just done the colonoscopy and been done in the time that he held the room. Says a lot. Will be my primary GI doc forsake.

I was treated very good, I was made very comfortable. Everyone was very pleasant and answered all my questions . I did not have to wait around , everything was on time and it was fast and professional. I did not have any side effects and felt good when I woke up. The whole experience from check in to leaving was perfect…!

I did not like that I had to fill out pages of paperwork when I had not slept the night before due to the pre-op. I was dead tired and the place just felt like it was a turn and burn facility. I had to wait 3 months for the procedure even though I tested positive. The scheduling was a nightmare. Will not go back to this facility.

The staff was very friendly and informative. This was my first time so naturally I was so nervous but the experience wasn’t so bad. I of course disliked the prep before going to your office.
