Dr. Metz is friendly but professional. He asks me questions and listens to my responses. He is thorough in checking my heart and discusses the holistic affects of heart issues and what I can do to improve my health. He thoroughly discusses the benefits of my life style changes that will keep me coming back to him for years. I highly recommend Dr. Metz!

No I would not recommend this Dr. He cancelled my appointment after I waited 3 months to schedule it. No phone call, no nothing. Unacceptable. Will be going elsewhere.

I never got in to see the doctor. This review is about how the office is run. I called a week ago and left a message asking for a call back to schedule an appointment. I never heard back and had to call again. I was told by receptionist that although my insurance did not require me to get a referral from them to see the specialist as he is an in network provider, the specialists office required that I get a referral from my husband's pcp. This is ridiculous over management. An adult should be able to see a specialist without a referral from a pcp. Too much micromanagement in this office so I found an office that treats their patients like adults and I already have an appointment with them. Most patients do not like being micromanaged. They prefer to take responsibility for their own health which includes seeing a doctor when they want without jumping through too many hoops. I cannot be bothered with an office that cannot return phone calls and does not trust their patients' judgement or ability to self manage their care.
