Amazing and personable!
Great place.
I can’t say enough good things about Bright Futures Psychiatry in Colorado Springs—especially about Betsy Sheldon. She is absolutely amazing. For the first time in over 30 years, I truly feel like I’m benefiting from both therapy and medication. Betsy is not only professional but also genuinely kind, compassionate, and open-minded. She listens without judgment, which is something I’ve rarely experienced. Normally, I’ve found it hard to connect with female professionals because many can come off as caddy or dismissive—but not Betsy. She makes me feel seen, heard, and valued. She’s helped me in ways I never thought possible. I finally feel hopeful and supported on my mental health journey, and that means everything to me. If you're looking for someone who truly cares and will meet you where you're at without judgment, I can’t recommend Betsy Sheldon enough. She's a rare gem in the field.
Amazing service. Very professional, clean and they really care about their patients.
The Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) procedures that were performed helped me more than any process has in the past 15 years, since my TBI in 2010. I have tried multiple medications, therapy approaches, wellbeing approaches, meditation, spiritual practices, and while they have helped, nothing has helped like TMS did. I felt more energy because I wasn't weighed down by the depression and focus fog that I have felt for so long. Jesse and Dani are also two of the kindest people I have ever met, and I am so grateful that they were on this journey with me. Claire is also the most encouraging and personal person I have ever worked with on medication management. She is kind and understanding, and I always feel like she takes extra time to check in to see how I'm actually doing in life and with my current struggles, rather than simply checking on the medication effectiveness. The front desk team and everyone else is wonderful as well. One day in particular was really hard, and as I was leaving, all three people at the front desk told me to "have a great day" at the same time. It was quite amazing, not only in the synchronization, but also in the love I felt. As I told them, "This has been a really hard day. It will likely continue to be hard. But being here with you all is going to make it so much easier to get through."
Very comfortable and respectful office, they treat you as an individual with compassion . Thank you
For years I've been struggling with some disabilities that people just assumed were part of my personality and that I wasn't working hard enough. Turns out it was more than that and I got my diagnosis today and it shed a lot of light. I can now seek proper care and inform family members so that they can better help me.
I have been with bright futures for 5 years now. I've gone through 3 different psychiatrists and all of them were great. The one that I see now is the best one I have had though. She really listens what I am going through and I've finally found the medication that works for my BPD and bipolar. I honestly didn't think that there was anything that could help with my delusional paranoia and major emotional regulation problems. Its been a struggle but having someone that is very intelligent with what medication helps with my diagnosis has literally been life changing. I was never able to hold a relationship with a man more than 3 months... I've been with my guy for over a year and every one has noticed how I've changed and how much happier I am. This plus therapy of course.
Bright futures is a wonderful place with providers who care and actually listen. Specific shout out to my provider Alex Nader, I honestly don't know what I would do, or where I would be on my mental health journey if it wasn't for her! <3 <3

All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
