Last July, I was admitted to this facility for about 3 or 4 days. I was administered Haldol, and it caused a massive seizure, which put me in the ICU for 10 days...
I wish I could give your facility zero stars. Colorado really has the worst mental health care. They were in charge of my suicidal child. And failed to protect her from another patient. Who snuck into her room and attempted to strangle my child. I reported it to the state and while they found they lacked security and safe guards, will not be holding them accountable or responsible. Be careful sending your loved ones here. My child was discharged with deep scratches and bruises on her neck. When I tried to question the facility further about the incident they became unwilling and started to ignore my calls.
The military PHP program here is excellent. Olivia, Josh, and Seth are amazing therapists. They helped me completely change my view on life. Dr. Bissell is such an awesome doctor and provided me with the best treatment possible. Tia and Scott made my inprocessing and out-processing time so easy and provided a lot of information. Thank you to all of you for all that you have done!
I found the services here very helpful.
They hang up when asked a question, no verification on if they have certified nurses or doctors
I had found that some nurses were super sweet while others had an attitude. I loved the nurses by the name of Bella, Joe and Connor. The desk person by the name of Stacey was such a sweetheart. I also loved the med tech named Jason. He made sure to check on me when needed. The discharge and therapist named Blake was super kind as well. My complaints included that some nurses had an attitude and treated not only me but other patients like animals. The beds where alright. The fact that we got to outside was helpful. More complaints is that they had an attitude when I asked to shower during personal time when I was told the first day that during that time if I wanted to I was allowed to since it wasnt group.
this place sucked, majority of staff are there because it’s their job, not because they want to help. i held my roommate and stopped them from hurting themselves because the staff couldn’t get them to. mental health is a real struggle that people need help with , not to be shoved into a box with shitty food and no real recourses or motivation except the threat of being put in a padded room, getting booty juiced, or being moved to the ADULT unit (as a teen), or residential. also don’t be fooled they didn’t let us outside whatsoever i found out it was snowing through a hole under a door.
I can’t get anyone to call me back, I haven’t talked to any doctors, medication has been changed without my consent or consultation with the prescribing specialist. They had my child for over a week, this is terrifying trusting someone with your fragile kid and they can’t be bothered to respond to you.
May 2015. I thought I left a Review but here I am! I still use tools, still in AA. Although I tried more "experimenting" for a year afterwards, the 12 step seed was planted. When I'm desperate and willing, I don't care what the walls, carpet or chairs look like. THANK YOU for an amazing experience there. You've probably an entirely different staff after 10 years and a pandemic, but I needed to do this. I've referred folks to you many times. Thank you for the tools, your respect, and the truth of addiction.
Everyone treated me with dignity and respect. Flora, Jenn, Justin and Stephen were awesome. However, if you're looking for further treatment at a rehab program, start calling people right away and take matters into your own hands.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
