Greeted by the front office with "I know who you are" as they meant to cancel my appointment over 24h prior my appointment time but never informed me. The cancellation was because they were unable to find the insurance authorization due to the incompetence of the staff to correctly use my information (my name was misspelled - my DOB and phone number mixed - my social was totally wrong) After an hour there and the staff trying to figure out I saw a nurse, instead of the Dr as I was previously told when they called me to schedule the appointment. To add up they saw me for 5min to just refer me elsewhere for an MRI, which I was told it was not needed at time of scheduling. Then the staff texting me with the wrong name and as I corrected it the staff reply "Paige it's my name lol". Advised staff that I'm a patient that was poorly treated and not a friend. The incompetence of the staff is highly concerning as this center pride to be used by our Olympics athletes.

I broke my nose and front tooth. I met Dr. Henderson in the emergency room. He was very kind and caring and scheduled surgery for the next morning. All of his staff was caring and took good care of me. And the doctor did an excellent job fixing me up.

Dr Henderson performed carpal tunnel endoscopic release procedures on both of my hands/wrists to relive very uncomfortable carpal tunnel pain in my hands and fingers. I am so happy to share that both procedures went well and certainly beyond my most optimistic expectations! I felt relief immediately and was able to get back into the gym within a few days and back to “full strength” within a couple weeks. Everyone on his team is professional, genuinely kind and so helpful. Communication and coordination were awesome. Such a great group of professionals and such a great experience. I highly recommend Dr Henderson and his team.
