Very unprofessional. The reception team is very rude here. I would highly recommend going somewhere else.

I wish I could give 100 stars. My son primarily saw Marybeth Barkocy for a little over a year for physical therapy. Over that time he overcame a few developmental delays as well as being treated as an infant for torticollis. Marybeth was so gentle, compassionate and patient with my son. She truly went above and beyond for our family and our son's healthcare from providing me detailed explanations for why and what she was doing to also helping us on our path to get a referral to a developmental pediatrician. I can not say enough about how much I appreciated her help, in what was a strenuous time for our family. Thank you so much Marybeth!

I could go on and on about Carrie with OT. Her positive spirit, gentle character and knowledge have helped my son reach his goals time and again. She is always willing to help me think of in-home solutions for therapy with my son. We were also delighted to have Carrie for hippo therapy. Whether in the stable or in the therapy room, Carrie goes above and beyond.

My son has been seeing ladies for therapy since he was 6 months old and he will be 4 in December. These ladies have been so helpful with showing and teaching him how to hold his head, how to roll, crawl, walk, talk, run, play just about everything. With his autism, they had such patience with him. I always reccomend someone to go and see them. Thank you all who had a helping hand in therapies with my son. ❤

We have been using therapy services with Children's for years! Everyone is a so pleasant and so passionate in what they do ! We will continue using Children's for as long as we can ! Thanks for all the you all do !

I love the staff and the quality of care. My only complaint is the wait time, sometimes upwards of an hour, when I call to make our recurring appointments. If they could enable the client to make appointments online, this could decrease frustrations and the need for more schedulers. Otherwise, I would highly recommend this group of providers. We have worked with Lauren since my son was 3 months old and have seen her on an almost weekly basis for the last 8 months.

I literally didn't even get to the therapy part because the front desk person for OT that I spoke to twice now, Holly, does not want to do her job and had an unprofessional tone with me. First she said my sons insurance was not verifying (Online) and that I would need to call myself. I suggested she call because that is her job and offered her the automated number that I had literally just called myself to verify it. Without ever having spoken to a human being I got confirmation that he was eligible. Holly said no, that she does not want the number because she only verifies insurance online and that "they must have changed something on their end because it went through now and this happened to someone else two weeks ago". No one changed anything on the insurance companies end because all I did was call an automated eligibility line that I googled in 3 seconds, received confirmation in under a minute that my son was insured, then called the clinic back. I know that clinics can do this themselves because option 1 is stated for civilian clinics to verify eligibility, and my previous doctors office had to do this in the past. Honestly, I hope your therapists are better than your receptionist but unfortunately my son will be going elsewhere because of my experience with Holly. Maybe some retraining?
