Dr. Cole is very knowledgeable and actually listens to my problems and complaints even if he may disagree with my ideas about what to do. He won't give me bad advice but gives me hope that things will get better and offers possible solutions. I trust his opinion! He's a caring doctor.

I had the good fortune to be connected with Dr. Cole for a cardiac ablation. He and the staff that work with him went far beyond my expectations to explain things to me, to make me feel safe, and to reduce my anxiety. The surgery went well. My family were kept informed throughout. I'm just extremely happy with the results - the quality of care - and the human concern and thoughtfulness that everyone showed towards me and my wife.

I would advise anyone thinking of using Surgical Associates for any reason, to think twice. Five months ago their office billed me $400.00 on the day of my office visit for a procedure that was covered by Medicare. They collected the four hundred dollars from me then later accepted payments from Medicare and my supplemental insurance company for the same procedure. For the past 5 months, Surgical ...

Dr. Cole was very accommodating and answered my questions. His nurse, Dianne, was very knowledgeable of my needs and very alert and scheduled a phone chat with Dr. Cole as soon as she noticed he had a cancellation. I'm very grateful to her for that. I'm very grateful vto both of them.

Dr. Cole is outstanding. As an electro-physiology cardiologist, he truly is at the top of the game when it comes to heart rhythm issues. He has a great bedside manner, really knows his stuff and truly cares about his patients. If you or a loved one has heart-rhythm problems, do whatever you can to get in to see Dr. Cole. He is amazing.

We were so disappointed with the lack of care my husband was getting for his a-fib here in Colorado Springs. We switched primary care physicians and got the referral to Dr. Cole. What an incredible difference! He listened to us, he was thorough in diagnostic testing, and made expert decisions to improve my husband's quality of life! I cannot recommend him enough -- AND the greatest compliments come from the staff at the hospital! I can't tell you how many techs and nurses said Dr. Cole is amazing to work with and that if he left, they would have to follow him. He builds a wonderful team who love to work with him -- and that results in outstanding patient care. If you or a loved ones has heart rhythm issues, just get in to see him. You will be amazed at the quality of care you receive!
