Dr. Purcell fully explained the knee replacement surgery, what to expect and explained the what I may experience after surgery. He took great care to make sure I was comfortable with my decision to have this surgery. I would recommend him to anyone considering this surgery.

I've worked with Dr. Purcell with my shoulder issues for going on 2 years now. He did not rush into surgery, he has always given me a full list of my other options and let me pick. We tried many different things before finally going the surgical route. The surgical experience was professional and great, Dr. P's follow up care has been great as well.

Dr. Purcell is a fantastic doctor! His demeanor is so comforting & he listens patiently to all questions & explains things in detail. You never feel rushed with him. I didn’t need surgery for this injury, but if I ever would need it, he would be the only person I would want doing it! His office staff are also outstanding!

Have had Dr. Purcell do surgeries on both a knee and shoulder and I couldn't be happier with the work done. The staff are all very nice and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend.

Dr. Purcell is an excellant surgeon with patient care in mind before and after surgery. I felt very safe and confident in his ability to do my knee replacement surgery. The home care and self exercises were very helpful. I appreciate his help in getting my knee active again. I am 2 1/2 weeks after surgery and am walking, bending my knee more than 90 degrees and can straighten it. My follow up PT will help get full movement in the knee, hopefully. I have full confidence in Dr. Purcell and his team.
