Tanya is an excellent clinician, and leader with a passion for taking care of others, and has put together a fantastic group of clinicians with the same mindset. I have had the pleasure to work with and for the clinical director of the Colorado Springs facility, Tanya. Her passion and dedication not only for her clients but also her staff exceed standards. She works hard to cultivate an environment that is safe, inclusive, fun and thinks outside of the box to help people reach their full potential. Tanya has a vivacious personality and ‘can do’ attitude that is contagious; you can’t help but to smile and feel uplifted when you are around her. Tanya has a strong commitment to promote the human rights of individuals with mental disorders as well as reduce stigma and discrimination. I go here for medication management. My provider is super supportive, kind, and she takes the time to really listen to me and to understand me. I was misdiagnosed by my previous psychiatrist before I came to Ellie Mental Health, and my provider here has been really helpful in closely working with me and listened when I felt that the diagnosis didn' t feel accurate. I recently had testing done and now am correctly diagnosed, and I am happy that my provider at Ellie is so supportive in my journey and my care. I like that she includes me in the decisions with my treatment and that she makes sure I understand the plan and takes time to answer questions and a chance to speak. She is also really friendly and caring... I can tell she actually does care and that it's not just about the money for her... unlike other providers I've had.

Kristyn is without a doubt one of the best mental health clinicians in the state of Colorado! She is a fierce advocate for her clients and knows how to get individuals to really dig up the hard things they are wrestling with while also applying amazing care and grace. As much as I hate to admit it, she does a great job playing devils advocate and really helping me think critically through all things. Kristyn betters every person’s life she comes in contact with!!
