The front office staff is always very friendly and helpful. My therapist is wonderful. She has helped me tremendously! I feel safe and comfortable with her. I would highly recommend this group.

The 5-star reviews are paid fakes. This business will take your money for months and then drop you with no warning or resolution. They will try to upsell you often. Your mental health is just business to them, no care. Biggest waste of money in my entire life. Avoid Chris Abatelli.

The wonderful people at Family Care Center brought me out the depths of despair. I’ve suffered from depression for the past 24 years. I tried a wide variety of medications, treatments, and talk therapy with short lived results. Then, three years ago, I also developed severe anxiety which made life not worth living. I finally learned about FCC and was evaluated for TMS and approved by my insurance to get the treatment. I’ve heard it’s not typical, but I started seeing improvement after seven days. I was able to sleep again without medication and my mood started to lift. My insurance allowed for 33 sessions and I went 5 days a week. Everyone, the receptionists, nurse, TMS technician, and medication manager, was so friendly, flexible, and professional that it made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. It’s been more than a year since I completed the treatment and I am still surprised at how well I am doing. My life was saved by TMS.
