Terrible receptionist, not worth calling because she won’t help. I called today because my prescriber messed up my script date and gave me 30 days in between scripts when I take 2 a day and I’m only prescribed a quantity of 30 at a time. I tried to give this information to the receptionist but she was failing to understand that 30 pills twice a day would only last 15 days. Once she finally understood she got upset at me, started with an attitude and just told me I’d get a call back when they figure it out. I’m out of my medication and should be starting a new bottle tomorrow morning but I just have to wait till I’m called back.

Dr Flores is great. I love the telehealth.

The lady on the phone was very controlling and passive aggressive. I wouldn't go here for help. I feel terrible for the people that have gone here and have troubles with their lives because of the "help" they received here.

They now enforce a new policy, which is not required by law - in which you must have a whole new appointment with your provider, to transfer a prescription to another pharmacy, if your pharmacy doesn't have your medication in stock. They will force you to go through a week or more of debilitating withdrawals, to wait for another appointment, just to be able to talk to your doctor, to have your medication sent elsewhere. This is something I find to not only be absolutely absurd, but especially cruel to those on psychiatric medications. Withdrawals can make a person commit suicide, yet they treat it like it's just a minor inconvenience. This policy is NOT required by law, it's not always been this way, and now it feels like they're lying to my face about it and gas-lighting me about it. Getting my medication, that I need to even be functional, is now harder than ever before, endlessly frustrating, and entirely absurd. Getting through to them on the phone, is also incredibly difficult. I had to call over 15 times today, just to get through once. I would recommend looking for psychiatric treatment elsewhere, if you can.

Some of the policies are bullshit and the inability to send your provider a message without an appointment is crazy. It’s a never ending sick cycle of trying to get my medication. Do better because people’s mental health matters.

I thought I was crazy for having a bad experience here but after seeing how other people have had the same experiences, this is insane. My provider put me on a medication that can have severe withdrawals (which she did not tell me about WHATSOEVER) and when I told her I didn't know why I was experiencing debilitating symptoms I believed to be connected to my medication, she told me it wasnt because of the meds. I believed her. Because she was my doctor. Over a year later, I went to another doctor about what I've been experiencing and she said it was probably my med. I recently had to talk to my therapist as my life has literally crumbled, ive dropped out of college, had to quit my job, and have been having suicidal thoughts as a result of this. With one session with my therapist, she told me that the symptoms I was experiencing sounded exactly like other people who have gone on this drug. But my caretaker here couldn't tell me that a year ago?? My symptoms lessened almost immediately after going off of my med but I still have *another* month of withdrawals to get through and the disorders that made me go on this med in the first place have returned so 🙃 and my caretaker here said I could just "go off it". Also have experienced those same issues with the office lady. Idk why she hasn't been fired 😐 and all of the appointment fees and copay issues and not knowing why I'm being charged for some other fees and them not sending the links at reasonable times and then claiming I was 10 minutes late to my appointment when I was looking at the clock and know I was not but I still get charged 🤷 also when they miscedule my appointments. It's overall really bad and I feel so stupid that i was so desperate for help that I couldn't tell or didn't want to recognize all of this was happening. But I guess that's me being mentally ill. Anyways, I think it's safe to say I wouldn't ever tell someone to receive help here. 🙂

My experience with Impact has been awe inspiring for me. My provider is punctual, compassionate, detail oriented, and kind. Impact has made a huge difference in my life. Dr Erb is an absolute pleasure to work with.

This company is unprofessional. The lady asked me to send my medical insurance via email to her personal hotmail account also while they were trying to find me a counselor they said they could give me a prescription for my mental health issues without even assessing my issues. Then they charge me a late fee for a missed appointment. When disputing the fee the lady was very rude to me. I do not recommend this clinic to anyone

Cara is wonderful, she listens to what has been happening and has made adjustments as needed. She has made a world of difference in my sons' life.
