Thank you so much Dr. Dash! After years of wanting to get surgery, I finally did it! Dr. Dash and her team were the absolute best! Very professional and kind, answering any questions. They all made me feel so comfortable! Post op 6 months and I love the results! 100% recommend!!! ❤️
Rhinoplasty surgery from Dr. Jain is the biggest regret of my life. I absolutely hate my new nose. I now avoid all photos and have become a bit depressed from the results. Before I liked the front view of my nose, but the side profile bump on bridge bothered me. I opted for the surgery which was a huge mistake. I never actually knew what results I was paying for since Dr. Jain just drew it on a notepad. End results ( and now 3 years later) I’m stuck with 2 scars running down my nose, a horrible round droopy tip and super wide bridge. It has completely changed my face for the worst. Please go elsewhere for rhinoplasty ( a doctor who specializes in just that) so you do not have the same regret as I do.
This place is amazing!!! They were very thorough and professional . They made sure I knew everything and answered every question I had. Dr. Rupesh was an outstanding doctor and did an absolutely amazing job. I highly recommend him
I really hesitated to leave a negative review, but I feel like others deserve to be warned. It’s been 3 years since my surgery & I am still experiencing chronic pain & discomfort. To put it nicely, my results are subpar. I was seeing both doctors for 2 different procedures. On several occasions, I attempted to address the issues I was having, namely, hypertrophic scarring & obvious asymmetry which, in turn, caused extreme tightness in my neck, chest & shoulder. Although it was going to cost thousands of dollars on top of what I had already paid, I was so desperate for a resolution that I got an estimate for a revision. When I expressed my dissatisfaction the doctors made me feel as though it was my fault. I had researched the subject extensively & asked that I be prescribed a medication prior to my second surgery as a preventative measure to reduce the risk of capsular contracture. I informed the doctors that I had requested this originally, but was told by a member of their reception staff that “they don’t do that.” I should have been the one to insist otherwise & I felt that it was within my right to make this request when it was my money, my body and my appearance at stake. Rather than understanding that my intention was never to place blame, but simply achieve a decent outcome the second time around, the doctors responded rudely & went so far as to call me a liar. I have never felt so disrespected. I was hurt by their reaction especially given the fact that we had a history together & I had even trusted them enough to refer others. I hadn’t completed my other sessions, but I didn’t feel comfortable returning after that. I received a partial refund facilitated by the accounts manager, Lucy, who I must say, was professional to the very end. Everyday I have to factor my hideous scar into my clothing selection. Everyday it hurts as though the skin is being wrung like a washcloth. Recently, I noticed a dark mark inside my scar which looks to be a leftover stitch (a sensation that I had mentioned in my visits). After several disappointing consultations, I am starting to think this is beyond correction. I thought I knew what I was getting into, but this turned out to be an emotionally draining experience rife with physical and financial complications. Please think twice.
I would like to share my experience with Dr. Rupesh Jain at the Institute of Plastic Surgery. I came to see Dr. Jain in regards to information about a fat transfer to my face and lips, as well as information about receiving dysport and fillers. I decided to schedule a consultation with him both because of his reviews but more importantly because he is a Board-Certified Plastic Surgeon.Prior to my visit I filled out paperwork online regarding my medical history so that during my consultation with him he would be prepared to answer my many questions. I am an unusual case because I have an auto-immune disorder called Scleroderma. It can cause hardening and discoloration of the skin, thinning of the lips, shrinking of the opening of the mouth, and an over production of collagen to name a few of the effects of the disease. The above stated ailments are part of the reasons why I came to see him. My goal was to try and regain the Pre-Scleroderma appearance of my face since my diagnosis.During my first meeting with Dr. Jain, it was obvious that he had reviewed my medical history and was ready to discuss why I had searched out his services. He made me feel completely comfortable and not at all rushed. He listened to my concerns, and what my desired outcomes were. He explained clearly and in laymen's terms what the reality of receiving those outcomes were. He told me what treatments would work best and why others would be either less effective or riskier to pursue. I was given up front costs and did not feel pressured at all to go for the more expensive procedures.I have been seeing Dr. Jain for quite some time now taking a step-by-step approach to achieving the results I desire with the least risk involved to my challenging health issue. I couldn't be happier with results I have achieved thus far.I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Jain and his excellent care. His staff is top notch and his bedside manner is a rare blessing.I would highly recommend Dr. Jain and the Institute of Plastic Surgery to anyone seeking specialized plastic surgery treatment.
Best plastic surgery place I have found. I did a ton of research and the institute is as good or even better than the reviews. If you decide to use Dr Dash or Dr Jain you won't be disappointed. Their staff is amazing from the front desk, Kayla, to their assistances Nikki. We love them all. And they are all so helpful!
I had a very minor procedure (2 moles removed from jawline). Dr. Jain was kind and patient with me from beginning to end. He was very knowledgeable and professional while putting me at ease. He was all about minimizing pain as much as possible. The reception was a welcoming and kind atmosphere, even during this pandemic. The staff looked out for my needs along the way: “Would you like some water? Would you like to use the restroom?”Pricing was explained well by Lucy, a sweet woman. Nurses were awesome as well. I’m very happy with my results. Wish I didn’t wait so long. :) I’d go back in a heartbeat if I decided on any other procedure. Thank you all for your care, though my procedure was minor I felt very safe.
I struggled with my ears for some time. However, I had never really thought about them until a couple years ago when people I went to school with started making fun of how my ears stuck out. I grew very self conscious about them and stopped wearing my hair up, and even stopped straightening it. Last October, my uncle realized that I was constantly trying to keep my ears covered. I would only curl my hair because I knew that if I straightened it or put it up, my ears would show. So, over Christmas break, I had the otoplasty surgery done, or more commonly known as getting my ears pinned back. Dr. Jain performed the surgery. He truly changed my life. Since my otoplasty, I have been able to wear my hair in buns, ponytails, and even strait because I’m no longer self conscious that they will stick out. The ladies in his office were so nice and easy to talk to, and so was Dr. Jain. This surgery changed my life and I am so grateful to have been able to get it done.
I knew from the moment my daughter was placed in my arms after birth there would come a time when we would have to have her ears pinned back. Here ears stuck out and were not symmetrical at all. One almost flopped down. When she started Kindergarten a few kids made fun of her and we told her then that when she was ready we would do what we could to have her ears pinned back.I could see her becoming more and more self conscious of her ears after turning 13. She would try to hide them with her hair down, she would only wear her hair up when she was with family and sometimes she even tried to wear low lying buns in an effort to pull her ears back by pulling her hair tight over the top of them. It was hard to watch. At 15 we sat her down and asked her if she was ready. She was and so I began the process of researching plastic surgeons who emphasized in otoplasty. I couldn't find any. I could barely find any plastic surgeons. I stumbled across The Institute of Plastic Surgery website and I began to read reviews. This husband/wife team had so many 5 star ratings it made me nervous. Who really has that many fabulous reviews? Did they remove the lower ratings? Are they really that good?I decided to set up a consultation for my daughter. We do not live in Colorado Springs, so this was somewhat of a jaunt for us. We were greeted by friendly receptionists and immediately brought to a room. Dr. Jain walked in and I briefly explained, through tears, why were were there. He asked my daughter to pull up her hair and after he looked at her ears he said “I’m going to change your life.” I cried more and there was an excitement in her I hadn’t seen in a long time. Maybe it was more like ‘hope’. Dr. Jain was patient and answered all our questions. He made me feel valued and never once did I ever feel he had somewhere else to be.Long story short, my daughter had the surgery, and Dr. Jain did change her life. The day after surgery, Dr. Jain came into the office (on a Saturday) to remove my daughter’s bandages. I will never forget the look on her face as she saw herself for the first time in the mirror with symmetrical ears. She couldn’t stop smiling. About 2 weeks later, her sister captured her crying in a picture. I was immediately alarmed, but when I asked her about it, she said “Mom, this is the first time in my life I have been able to straighten my hair without my ears sticking out.” I will never regret spending this money for her. My husband and I are not wealthy; I’m a public school teacher and he works construction, but Dr. Jain was right, he did change her life.I haven’t been able to go to any post-operation appointment without crying; genuine tears of happiness and gratitude. Dr. Jain is a wonderful doctor, a skilled surgeon and more importantly an honest man who treated us with care. His bedside manner is unlike any doctor I’ve ever seen. He truly cares about his patients. I cannot recommend him enough. You may not find many pictures on his website of otoplasty, but I promise you, he did a remarkable job. I will always be grateful that I chose him to complete this surgery and so will my daughter.
I really enjoyed my experience with Dr. Jain and his staff! I had four offices in town that I wanted to do consultations with. I didn't go to two of them as the receptionists were so rude and unhelpful. The receptionists at the Institute of Plastic Surgery were always kind, welcoming, and helpful. When I did meet with Dr. Jain, he was so helpful and gave me very realistic expectations of what was going to happen. He consulted with me and lead me in the right direction. Everything went so smoothly the day of my surgery. I had probably 7-8 follow up appointments afterwards. They really want to make sure you are healing well and have beautiful results. Dr. Jain's nurse, Ashley, was so knowledgeable and always clearly communicated what to expect next. My results were beautiful and better than I expected. I would definitely refer family and friends for any of their needs!
