I waited 2+ months for a new patient appointment. I arrived @9:34 am for a 9:30 am appointment. I was told the doctor said I had to reschedule, that I was expected to arrived at 9:10 am. None of the appointment reminders I received mentioned that “expectation” was actually a requirement. I pointed out that I had already completed all the new patient forms on their website. The “tons of paperwork” (receptionist’s words), that remained to be completed actually consisted of “2 or 3 consent forms to be signed” (again, the receptionist’s words). I told the receptionist I choose NOT to reschedule, and asked her to tell Dr. Osborn that she had lost a new patient as a result of their policy. I tried to argue, but eventually left. Later, I received a phone call from the same receptionist. Dr. O. had instructed her to call me and tell me not to call the practice to reschedule!! Why Dr. O. thought this was necessary is beyond my comprehension, but I felt the episode deserved to be recorded.

Appointments are hurried without much hands on looking issue or even general conversation. Small window for office appointments due to late start, long lunch and early close.

Hurried through appointment, didn't examine or ask my daughter any question, gave prescription for a cream and left. Our next dermatologist at a different office fully examined my daughter and solved her problem with two in office treatments and a different prescription.

Warm, caring, thorough and professional. Dr. Osborn listened and took her time to treat me properly. Her assistant was wonderful as well. She did what she could despite my limited finances and lack of insurance. Kind and compassionate.

All of the above: on time, very helpful and knowledgeable. Wonderful bedside manner (and I was a new patient). Dr. Osborn listens. She called with a biopsy report more quickly than I expected and graciously assisted my special needs for insurance processing. My primary care doctor also commented that she had patients that had seen Dr. Osborn and these patients were very complimentary of Dr. Osborn's work.
